I let the wind fly through my hair. With the sound of fabric wrinkling together as I fell. I enjoyed the moment, except for the look on Merikh face. I sighed, knowing the ground was getting near. I shifted my self to my side, struggling with the wind pushing me in random directions. But finally I had flipped around, I glanced down at the concerned civilians. Who stared at me like I was an attraction at the zoo? I smiled and waved at a little girl who was pointing at me in amusement.

Fidgeting with my fingers. I failed at trying to reach the gear to activate the machine. Rolling my eyes, I placed my arms in front of me. Ripping the string off from my support gear. Starting it up, I smiled as I spit out the string. Not forgetting to wave goodbye to the little girl. The gear shot out a string and with a tug, I was no longer falling anymore.

Basically grinning ear to ear with joy, I landed on my feet. Listening to the chatter and mumbling coming from the crowds. Paying no attention to that, I pressed some buttons to adjust the gear to be more automatic. I smiled, glancing at the support gear in prominent. Quickly reminding myself that I was being chased down at this moment when I heard cars being pulled up. I glanced at Merikh. Who was still staring at me on my balcony? Shooting me a stupid wink?

I sighed, glancing down at the street. Spotting the black cars, men in suits came out of it. Many holding guns or some sort of weapons. With just a look, I knew they were sent from the commission. The name tags on their chest were a dead giveaway. I sweat dropped. Dodging from what seems like a rubber bullet.

"Could've done better if you're going to shot me down."

I started running again. Trying to dodge bullets on my way. Apparently, that one missed shot had alerted them that I was here. I blame the guard for bad aiming skills. Now he's making me run around like a stupid child. I grunted as I jumped onto another roof. Steering away as I watched the men climb up the ladders of the buildings.

I scrape the tip of my fingers against the ground, slowing myself down before I could commit suicide from jumping off.

I could not attack the suited men. Let's say, hypothetically, if I did that, it would put me in greater dangers. As much as I wanted to kick the shit out of them. I couldn't. That means my only choice is to run. Especially since they were in larger groups, which means more fricken people. I didn't have the advantage here. Slowly feeling like a lone wolf.

This is a pain in the ass.

I groaned, looking up at the helicopter. The noise that thing made was distracting. I could see the newscaster and the camera as they filmed me. I frowned, looking back to see if I lost them yet. Fortunately for me, I was like three streets away from them. Before I could celebrate, I spotted a blur of blonde air a street behind me. I instantly knew it was Merikh when I saw the stupid smirk he had on his face.

I halted. The heels of my foot dug into the ground to turn around and took this chance to catch my breath. This was a dead end. I sighed, glancing down. Just to spot some old and used mattresses and crushed up cardboard boxes, not to mention. I was also high off the ground. I rolled my eyes as I heard heavy breathing coming from behind me. Humming, I turned around to the male.
