I blushed as I registered Shota's words. Hitoshi glanced between the both of us in confusion and disgust. Luckily the rest of the kids were so intrigued by the practice that nobody heard Shouta's comment. The one who did was Hitoshi. He threw his hands up in the air.
"Pretend I was never here. I have disappeared."
We watched the boy walk off, making his way out of here. Anywhere away from us. Midoriya spotted him and asked him if he wanted to join him. I blinked as we stood there for a moment. No one dared to move. He buried his head into his gear as he watched the handful of students train together. I stuffed my hand into my pocket, warming them up on this windy day.
"What were you doing with them?"
I glanced at him, "Todoroki had asked if I could train him for some reason. I agreed, he said that he was going to bring some friends along. But I didn't know he had invited half of the class along for training." I looked over to see Shoto and Hitoshi as they stood in a fight stance, "They wanted to do hand in hand training. And that's how we got here. I assumed that you were out practicing with Hitoshi?"
"Yea."
"A man of few words, huh?"
"Hizashi and Nerumi decided to head to Europe for next week when we had a week off. They asked if you wanted to go."
I frowned, "Even after I told them that it was a twelve-hour flight." I turned to Shota. Whose eyes were on me, "Are you going with them, Shota?"
He turned red, "Yea. I have to go anyways. Or Hizashi would be knocking on my door every single hour until I agree."
I snickered, "Sure, I'll go. I'll even book the flight ticket. I'll be your guy's personal tour guide." A thought suddenly popped up, "I also have to attend some of my unfinished business there."
He cocked a brow, "You have unfinished-"
"Hey, idiot! Help me get out of this!"
Hitoshi yelled at me. I laughed when I noticed he was hanging from a tree. The gray support gear was all tangled up on the branch. He even manages to get poor Shoto stuck up there. Sighing, I rushed up to the kids. They watched in awe as I climbed up the tree. I grabbed Hitoshi by the hem of his shirt and lowered the boy down onto the ground. Climbing up some more branches, I grabbed Shoto's shirt. Throwing him onto my back as I steady myself.
"Hang on, kid." I climbed down the oak tree, "How did you even get up there? I could understand if Hitoshi got stuck up in a tree. But it was surprising to see you get stuck. You were even higher up there than he was."
"Shinsou bet that I couldn't use the support gear. I couldn't, so then he tried to save me from the tree. But got stuck too."
I almost burst out in laughter but remembered that I was high off the ground. Laughing would just loosen my grip and we'll fall to death. Dusting off my hand, I placed Shoto on the ground, beside me. I pass the gray support gear to Hitoshi, giving him a pat on the back. He glances back at me in annoyance.
