Chapter 11 -

Jake POV: I had fell asleep pretty fast, I usually do anyways, but that did stop me from waking up late at night and not being able to fall back to sleep.

I tossed, and turned, and groaned, I eventually just gave up for a bit and grabbed my phone quickly to check the time. 7:30am; there was no use in trying to fall back asleep, I guess.

There was a few notifications, not much though. I didn't feel like checking them out but that's when I remembered last night with Drew.. Maybe I should text him? I didn't want to wake him up, though. I opened our messaging platform and quickly unblocked him, he was online, so I sent him a text.

'Hey,'

He didn't respond or see it, I assumed he just hadn't got the text or he was busy. I sighed and put down my phone down, then got ready for a new school day.

I walked up to the schoolyard and saw Drew arriving about the same time I did. I was actually pretty early for once, probably because I couldn't go back to sleep. I walked up to Drew, no one else was really around including the music club so I didn't have anyone to talk to either way.

"Hey, Drew," I called out as I walked over to him.

He looked over for a second and his face immediately turned almost.. Sorrowful? I remembered last night, I probably shouldn't have just ignored him when he had said that..

"I'm sorry about last night, how it was.. awkward or whatever."

"It's fine," he said, still avoiding eye contact.

Drew POV: We both stood silently for a few minutes as I scrolled down my phone.

"We really should hang out more," he said, interrupting the silence.

I smirked, "Yeah, I guess."

I was still mad at him, but not as much as last night. I know he didn't have bad intentions, or I think at least.. He still cares about me.. Right? Well, I still cared about him at least.

Im sorry, but Im gonna discontinue this. Im loosing interest in TMF and also I just have no motivation to write/read in general. Im sorry to everyone who enjoyed reading this, but Im not gonna be updating it anymore. All that I was really planning to write was Jake telling Drew about his past, vice versa, then them hanging out a ton more, then eventually dating.
