~Jadens POV~
Avani: so Anthony and I are going to run to the storage unit and get the stuff we have we will be back but we will meet back here for dinner
Everyone: okay bye
Amelie: drive safe
Jaden: okay I think I am going to go home and start packing and hopefully get a moving truck tomorrow but I will be back for dinner
Everyone: okay
*Pretty much everyone went home and started bringing their new stuff to the new house and moving stuff into the rooms. After a couple hours of that at around 7 they had decided to order pizza and have a "family" dinner.*
Bryce: alright so we need to talk about some things and then make rules and contracts
Everyone: okay
Bryce: so first me and Addison were talking in the car and do you think it would be too much to have to move our beds
Cynthia: you know your right I didn't think about that
Addison: so we were thinking what if we sold our bed frames and then get the same bed frame for every room but a king size and for those of you who don't have kind size beds we would help and put some money in so every room would have a king size bed and bed frame
Amelie: your right because the kids have twin size beds and if its a couples turn in that room they aren't going to fit for example if we just left the beds in the rooms
Jaden: i think that is a good idea
Josh: something Nessa and I were talking about is like we should each put in money every month for things that might be needed around the house like if something breaks we won't have to scramble for money or just for maintenance like a maid or cleaner
Avani: how much were y'all thinking
Nessa: I was saying like $150 from each family/ couple each month so we would have about $1,350 every month which would pay for utilities like electricity, water, and wifi and the left over would go into an emergency fund for like anything the house would need like a cleaning I was also telling Josh I feel like we wouldn't need a cleaning every month I think we could just do a deep cleaning every two months but until that just like keep everything tidy
Kio: i feel like we should do $200 every month so we could just do a deep cleaning every month because all the boys and how many kids are in this house and the rest will be kept in a joint bank account
Griffin: i was just doing math and we would be able to put a good $400-$500 into a account monthly
Noah: I honestly think thats a great idea having kids and all what if a toilet stops working or something we can bring a plumber
Jaden: Josh will you type put a contract with all this stuff later so we can all sign just in case
Josh: of course
Dixie: also some rules I think should be established
Addison: what are they
Dixie: so one the pantry should be divided so we each have our own space same with the fridge and if you take something from someones section you need to leave a note and pay them back
Everyone: deal
Amelie: okay wait I was just thinking about like where are we going to put our clothes
Nessa: already ahead of you I found these like cabinets that have multiple compartments to hold clothes or any knick knacks that you have and they have wheels and are very compact and even have a pull out desk
Griffin: how much do they cost
Nessa: I think $95
Griffin: thats not bad
Nessa: i know right
Cynthia: also I feel like every room should have a night stand and lamp on each side of the bed
Nessa: that would be about $70-$100 per room depending on where we buy from
Avani: that sounds good to me because I find that necessary
Amelie: i think I am going to sell most of our furniture because we got it last year so its pretty new and I don't want it to go to waste because we obviously won't be using it here
Everyone: yeah
Josh: anyone else have anything to add
Avani: yes so I was just thinking about maybe homeschooling
Amelie: i like that idea but who would be the teacher
Avani: that is the problem
Dixie: I also see that as a good idea because the paparazzi at pick up is starting to get annoying
Jaden: I wouldn't know Mads always picked up Greyson
*everyone looked at him with sad eyes*
Nessa: and homeschool would help for a change for Greyson
Noah: what if we got an at home teacher like a teacher who comes to your house and teaches
Bryce: anyone know any teachers
Kio: actually yeah my childhood best friend is one
Avani: would you mind talking to her and asking if she would like to work for us
Kio: how much would we think on paying her just as like an estimate
Amelie: I say it would take like 4-5 hours for every child and maybe like $5-$10 an hour I would give up to like $75 per child but ask her how much she wants and we can negotiate with her
Dixie: also you would have to let her know I think it would be fair for her to have a room here and live here to teach them if she wanted
Avani: also would be great if she was up to babysitting sometimes
Dixie: obviously the child she would be babysitting would be paid individually by the parent
Kio: okay I will talk to her and see what she thinks so let me get this right so occasional babysitting which pay would be discussed and home teaching would depending on her price and she would be offered a room here and also have to pay rent of $200 correct
Everyone: yes
Kio: alright I will text her and talk to her and see what she says then let y'all know
Everyone: okay
Jaden: are most of us leaving to go to our houses and finish packing
Everyone: yeah
Nessa: alright so tomorrow meet back here for dinner and we will have the contracts and the beds and little closet things we are buying ready to buy okay
Everyone: ok
*they all left*
~ I was going to miss our house and all the memories with Mads and Greyson and all but Josh was right it was hard to grieve remembering every little thing in the house had a piece of her. I was excited for a change and to be back with the boys they always seem to make me smile. For now I am going to finish packing up the house and selling stuff that I don't want or need anymore~
