~Jill POV~
-two weeks later-
*After two weeks they were finally able to find a day where they were all free. They had invited me to the new house for dinner. So I had put on a nice little springy dress as it was kinda hot in LA. I had put together about 10 copies of my resume and I was taking my license and all. I was treating this like an interview except the job was mine I just had to sign the contract. I finally got into my car after roaming around my apartment for 20 minutes as a way of stalling. I finally got to the house and wow was it big just from the outside I can't imagine the inside. I got to the gate and it said I needed a passcode so I called Kio.*
Jill: hey love can you open the gate for me
(Incase you haven't noticed Jill loved calling Kio lovey or love she had done it since they were kids and Kios nickname for her was Jay or darling)
Kio: oh sure I forgot
*I heard lots of noise in the bak groundd*
Kio: can someone clear the gate for Jill......thank you alright darling you should be good
Jill: thank you love see you in a couple
*Jill pulled up the driveway and parked her car  then took a couple deep breathes, made sure her hair and makeup looked good, grabbed her purse, and got out of her car and made her way to the front door. As she was approaching the front door Kio opened the door*
Kio: darling
*he made his way over to her with open arms. The minute they met eachother they hugged*
Jill: hi love how are you
Kio: I'm okay
Jill: whats wrong
Kio: I will tell you later but right we have to get in there everyone is dying to meet you
Jill: okay
Kio: you look a little uneasy are you nervous
Jill: yeah
*you came to a stop*
Kio: you are going to do just fine they will love you just like everyone does
Jill: hopefully
Kio: now come on they are waiting
*he kissed your forehead and then you guys walked into the house*
Kio: everyone this is Jill
Everyone: hi
*he wrapped his arm around your neck*
Kio: Jill this is sway and there families over there we have Avani and Anthony with there kids Avalon and Gregg. Addison and Bryce Then next to them we have Amelie and Blake with Gisseppi who we call G
Jill: wow Gisseppi that is such a unique name I love it
Amelie: what do you say G
G: thank you
Kio: alright next to them are Noah, Dixie, and their daughter Bethany. and next to them are Quinton and Cynthia who are expecting a child, Next to them are Josh and Nessa, and Next to them is Griffin he is single and ready to mingle and right next to him should be Jaden and Greyson but I only see Greyson
*he looks at Avani with a confused look and she just shrugs*
Kio: and yeah
Jill: hey grey
Greyson: Mrs. McClaire
*he asks with a questioning tone*
Jill: mhm
*he went running over to her. She bent down and put her arms out. As soon as he got over to her she hugged him and he hugged back. Then she whispered something into his ear. *
Jill: I am sorry for your loss
*she looked at Greyson and his eyes got watery. He still wasn't very ok with talking about the topic*
Jill: no no don't cry its okay but I am so excited to see you and everyone at school misses you
*Jaden had gotten the absentee extended because he didn't feel Greyson was ready to return to school*
Jill: whenever you are ready we will be happy to have you back okay
*everyone had started going into the dinning room while Greyson stood there with Jill. She realized his eyes kept watering but Kio kept looking at her to go to the dinning room so she picked him up and followed Kio*
~I felt so bad I shouldn't have mentioned his mom I just didn't think it would have this kind of affect on him~
*once Jill walked into the dinning room Nessa looked at her with a worried look and then kind of noticed he was crying*
Nessa: do you want me to take him
Jill: no no its fine
*Greyson now was having a very long silent cry in Jills arms. She worked with kids so she knew to just stay calm, give him positive affirmations, and sooth him*
Avani: so we made kind of a thanksgiving feast but we added ham we didn't know what you preferred
Jill: thank you it all looks amazing
*everyone started grabbing food and eating while I was still calming Greyson*
Jill: alright Grey how about we have some food there is your favorite ham
Greyson: okay
Jill: do you want me to serve you
Greyson: mhm
*there was an empty chair next to you so you sat Greyson there and on the other side of you was Kio. He whispered to you*
Kio: is everything okay
Jill: now it is
Kio: okay
*you served Greyson some food*
(You knew a lot about Greysons likings and about him because well he was a very talkative student and never liked focusing so you were always distracted him or talking to him. He might not be your favorite student but he is the student you know most about.)
*you served yourself some food as everyone made small talk. Kio had placed his hand on your thigh for comfort*
Amelie: so y/n what college did you go to
Jill: i went to UCLA
Amelie: oh so have you lived in LA for a while
Jill: actually I am born and raised
Amelie: oh wow same
Jill: yeah my mom actually works for Warner records
Nessa: oh my god really I am signed with them and so is Jaden
Jill: yeah shes been working there since I was little she is a producer and manager but she dabbles into a little bit of everything
Nessa: wow thats so cool whats her name
Jill: Julia McClaire
Nessa: oh my god so you are JM
Jill: yep its a family nick name
Nessa: your mom has been my manager since I started
Jill: wow ok so are you chickie
Nessa: yes
*you both laughed*
Nessa: shes been calling me that since I started
Jill: she talks about you all the time she even refers to you as chickie at home
Nessa: thats so funny
Josh: so what does your dad work in
Jill: he is an entrepreneur he is also a
co-owner of bang energy you know the drink
Josh: thats so sick if he ever gets a chance I would love to talk to him I am also an entrepreneur
Jill: of course I will let him know
Addison: so wait then how do you know Kio. Kio didn't you say you are from Seattle
Jill: well our moms have been friends since highschool just mine moved to LA to pursue her dreams but they stayed in contact and there were always visits then when we were fifteen Kios family moved to LA so we got to know eachother better than we already did then we became the bestest of friends
*Kio moved him hand from your thigh to around you*
Kio: thats the story of us and lets just say some where in there a pact was made we had to date and we did which did not end well
*Jill started laughing*
Bryce: so Jill can you confirm for us that Kio has never had a successful relationship
