~Sophies POV~
-an hour before
*I get a call from the county jail saying I needed to pick up Jaden on a $2,500 bail. I drove over worried*
~I swear if this is some prank Jaden is dead~
*I get to the county jail*
Secretary: hi how may I help you
Sophie: I am here to bail out Jaden Hossler
Secretary: ok so I need your ID and your relationship to the in-mate
Sophie: sure so he is my brother
*I hand her my ID*
Secretary: okay sounds good
*you hand her credit card*
Secretary: okay it went through he should be out in a couple minutes you can sit over there
Sophie: can I ask what the charges were
Secretary: sure so he got a DUI for being drunk and driving and was found with an illegal amount of cocaine in his car
Sophie: thank you
*after a couple minutes Jaden came out. You grabbed his arm and pulled him into your car*
Sophie: why Jaden why
Jaden: i just not in a good place okay
Sophie: you have a son who already lost one parent what if something happened to you did you not learn from what happened in Texas
Jaden: I know I know can you just take me home
Sophie: yeah I hope you are preparing and apology for poor Greyson
*Sophie drove to the sway house she got there and walked him to the door as she could tell the alcohol and cocaine hadn't fully worn of. I knocked on the door and Bryce answered the door with Addison*
~Bryce's POV~
Bryce: Hel- what the fuck
Sophie: he got a DUI and had an illegal amount of cocaine
Bryce: dude Jaden come on
Sophie: here can you take him I have to leave for work

*he grabbed Jaden and pulled him inside*

Bryce: Sophie just came to drop him of from county jail he got a DUI and was found with an illegal amount of cocaine

*he said that in a loud tone*
Josh: you have a child
Avani: I get you are going through loss but so is your child and you have not been there for him once and today we were meeting his new teacher and specifically had to change the date just for you to not make it what the fuck Jaden
*Greyson started crying*
Jaden: I am sorry okay
*she started yelling*
Avani: go say sorry to your fucking child and I need a real apology because i know that is not a real apology and I know we said we were going to come together and help you that doesn't mean you forget you have a child and leave unannounced and just leave us to take care of him you were out all fucking night not one person in this house had a clue where you were
*Jaden started yelling to*
Jaden: you have never gone through lost of a loved one okay you wouldn't understand I am sorry I left unannounced I was just going to go for a drive and stuff happened
Avani: what fucking stuff Jaden because your child has been here alone all day was that stuff more important than him
Jaden: can you stop yelling I am getting a head ache but I am sorry you don't see me babying my child he needs to learn how to be independent too
Avani: what the fuck do you mean be independent he's a child he needs a parent and at the moment it seems like he has none
*they both kept yelling*
Jaden: you aren't his parent you don't know anything about him you can raise your kids one way and I will raise mine the other
*he started to walk towards the stairs until Josh stopped him*
Josh: no you are sitting down and listening you have to get sober
Jaden: no I don't
Josh: if its not for us do it for Greyson
Jaden: Greyson won't be able to tell the difference
Bryce: yes he will as a child who came from a dad who abused drugs and alcohol it effects you I mean look at me
~Jills POV~
*we walk into the staircase and I see Greyson at the bottom balling his eyes out so I run over and pick him up*
Jill: hey buddy what's wrong
Greyson: t-t-they start-t-ted yelling
*Jill started rubbing his back and calming him. He ended up falling asleep*
Jill: you know Jaden if caring for that child won't stop you then this will. You have one week to get sober I am an educator and took an oath that when I saw a child in danger I would help them and I feel Greyson is in danger with your unhealthy habits so sober up in a week or I call CPS (child protective services)
Jaden: who even are you
Jill: I have been Greysons teacher since September and Madisons friend since then I am telling you right now I have seen your behavior with Greyson and Mads CPS should have been called a long time ago but I didn't I will now if I have too
Jaden: you don't have evidence

Jill: every conversation I had with Mads is on video

Jill: so is the nasty things you said on the phone and all the things Greyson told me in class absolutely everything is on video I am just giving you a warning now that I will be here every day of the week if I don't see you spending time with Greyson at least once
or even sobering next Sunday I will call CPS with all the proof I have
