-two days later-
~Kio's POV~
*I had gotten the contact so I texted Jill and she promised she would meet up with me at a cafe to talk about the job. Well now I was on my way to go to the cafe to see her. I was excited I hadn't seen my best friend in a while I was always busy and so was she but I called her almost every other week to make sure she was okay. *
~Jill's POV~
* I was so excited to see Kio we had finally made time to see eachother he also told me he wanted to tell me something about a job. I have no clue what he meant by that.*
~Kio's POV~
*I finally arrived to the restaurant to see Jill was already there and seated*
Kio: Jay your here
Jill: Lovey
*she got up and hugged him*
Jill: it is so good to see you
Kio: it is great to see you too
Jill: so how have you been
Kio: good good you know same old same old how about you
Jill: oh you know the same grading papers and everything my life doesn't change and my best friend is getting married in three months so lots of wedding planning and looking at pictures of stuff for the wedding
Kio: thats so cool
Jill: yeah yeah so anything new happening in your life
Kio: well my friends and I just bought a house together
Jill: that is so sick where is it
Kio: its near Beverly Hills
Jill: oh okay thats a nice area I work nearby
Kio: yeah some of my friends have kids
Jill: cool so are they switching schools
Kio: actually thats what I wanted to talk to you about
Jill: okay
Kio: so they parents were thinking of home schooling but none of them have the time or energy to do it so they wanted to get someone to come in for a couple hours and teach the kids
Jill: if you want I could talk to my co-workers and see if any of them are interested
Kio: no no I talked to them about you and they said they would be interested in you working for them. They came up with a contract thats in my car. They are offering your own bedroom in the house obviously also following house rules and a classroom and they know you work during the day and they don't want you to quit your job so you would teach when it's convenient for you and sometimes they would ask you for occasional babysitting
Jill: I mean that doesn't sound terrible but how much are they paying
Kio: they came to the desicion that it is up to up you, you are getting paid per child and there is about 5 kids one on the way so 4 are in first and 1 is in preschool
Jill: how much are they willing to pay
Kio: they said up to I think it was $75 per student
Jill: a day or a week
Kio: a day
Jill: i get pid like a $150 a day and like $5-$7 a child I would be willing to lower to price
Kio: does that mean you will take the job
Jill: i mean yeah I would like to meet everyone before I sign the contract though just to make sure it is a good habitat and that I will feel comfortable
Kio: I can definitely make that happen but so how much do you want
Jill: I say $5 for every hour I am working with there child which will be an average of $20 a day per child
Kio: okay that sounds good I will talk with them and let you know when you can all meet
Jill: okay that sounds good let me know
*you guys had finished eating by now so you paid, hugged, and left*
*I got in my car and called Avani who I know is with Amelie to inform them of the meeting*
Kio: hey who are you with
Avani: I am with Amelie, Dixie, and Nessa
Kio: okay so I talked with my friend that is a teacher Jill remember
Avani: yeah yeah what did she say
Kio: she said she thought it was a good opportunity and that she would say average $20 A day per kid and she said she wants yo meet everyone before she signs the contract
Amelie: that is great news and 20 is totally
do-able
Kio: yeah she said she wants to meet everyone in the house make sure she likes everyone and she is going to feel comfortable in our habitat
Avani: Alright I will talk with everyone and see when we are free to schedule a little lunch or something
Kio: remember she works on weekdays from like 7 to 2:30 just an fyi
Avani: alright I will let you know when I schedule a meeting
Kio: okay bye
Avani: bye
*Kio hung up the call*
~Jill's POV~
*I got in my car and drove to my apartment*
~I think it is a good job offer I just don't know how it would work like I would be teaching all the time. The babysitting doesn't concern me because I have always babysat kids and plus it would be occasional I imagine it would be like if they had noyone to babysit and I was home. But before I read over and sign that contract I want to meet the parents and kids. What if one of the kids has anger issues or something that would be too much to add to my plate. Also what if the parents are like some abusive crazy people and I am going to live with them. Or what if they don't like me I don't want to have to live with people who don't like me or get a bad vibe from me. Plus I want them to feel I am a good fit and like everything will go smoothly if I become their kids teacher. I also want to make sure the kids like me and all. And make sure the house is a good environment. I hope I make a good impression and am a good fit because it honestly is a great job offer.~
