The Starbucks Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant

You look at it.

Its perfect.

Round.

Golden.

The egg is nestled perfectly between the bacon and the top half of the croissant, melted cheese spilling perfectly over the side, connecting the top and bottom of the breakfast croissant.

You grab it, the crinkle of the white and green paper is like music to your ears as your mouth floods with saliva, the smell of the food heavenly and the idea of your first bite enough to make your empty stomach cramp.

Its warm between your fingers as you pull the sandwich from its wrapping and close your eyes, inhaling deeply.

Its doesn't matter where you are or who's around you in this moment. The moment your lips part and the very top of your tongue sits nicely on the top of your bottom teeth as you bring the masterpiece of a food closer.

The first bit touches your tongue and the buttery flaky croissant is amazing enough to pull a satisfied exhale from your lungs.

You let your teeth sink down, easily breaking into the bread and cheese and egg, crunching through the crispy bacon before the top teeth connect with the bottom teeth. You pull your hands away, tearing your first bite from the croissant.

The moment you begin chewing, the perfectly mixed flavors mix on your tongue, bacon, egg, cheese, butter, croissant. You sigh again, leaning your head back, enjoying every moment as you chew the food and swallow it, quickly taking another bite.

You can feel the serotonin filling your body at the perfection, while the food settles im your stomach, nourishing your body and providing you with the engery you'll need for the rest of the day.

The food is gone all too soon, but you're happy and satisfied, patting your stomach as you swipe your tongue over your lips and around your mouth to gather the remaning taste of the Starbucks Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant.
