"channie hyung! i still can't come up with effing lyrics!" jisung whined, the others just laughed at the way he was pacing back and forth.

"don't stress yourself out sung, we have till next month" chan explained, which somehow calmed the boy down.

"thanks hyung"

"anytime" chan replied.

soon after, it was time for lunch so the boys went to the cafeteria to eat. jisung saw minho and started waving his hands in the air so minho could see him and his bright smile from afar.

"minnieeee!" jisung whined as he put his arms around the other's neck.

"missed me already?" minho teased, making jisung fake a pout.

"duh!" jisung exclaimed to which the other just giggled at his boyfriend's cuteness.

they quickly ate up their meals before hugging each other goodbye, as they had to go to their respective classes for the day. the two boys had decided to spend the afternoon after class together.

so after class, the two excited boys met up at the school gate. jisung welcomed the elder in a hug, before intertwining their hands together as they walked to the park.

minho started to get slight palpitations but decided not to say anything, as he didn't want to ruin their little date. meanwhile, jisung was giggling, dragging his boyfriend by the hand to get icecream.

"which flavor do you want babe?" minho asked, trying not to sound out of breath.

"strawberry please!!"

"alright! one strawberry and one vanilla cone please"

and they both took their cones and started eating them while walking, still with their hands intertwined. both boys still couldn't believe that they now had each other. things were almost perfect.

after finishing the icecream, minho starting to panic when his palpitations got worse. he thought that maybe it was time to tell jisung that he needed help now.

"j-jisung" he panted.

his boyfriend looked back to see minho, on the verge of fainting. "oh my gosh min, where's your inhaler?" he panicked.

"b-bag" was all he could mutter.

jisung quickly grabbed the inhaler from minho's bag, but when he turned back to minho, the elder fell to the ground and had passed out.

"shit shit shit, HELP!!! SOMEONE!!" he shouted as loud as he could, catching people's attention.

a man from the crowd of people surrounding them offered to drive them to the nearest hospital and jisung immediately took the offer and carried minho into the car.

"hang in there bub" jisung whispered into minho's ear.

after what felt like hours of driving, they finally arrived at the er. minho was immediately put on a bed and was brought inside, jisung still holding his hand, not wanting to let go.

"i'm here babe, hang in there" jisung whispered to minho, who's eyes were flickering open.

time skip***

"jisung?" minho slowly fluttered his eyes open and jisung immediately pulled him into a hug.

"i was so worried about you min! what happened? i thought you were getting better?" he asked in a worried tone.

"i am! these attacks still happen, they're normal sungie. i really am getting better!" he lied.

jisung sighed in relief. he trusted his boyfriend. if he said he was getting better, he definitely was.

the boys were just talking for a bit when suddenly, minho's doctor came in. "minho, can i talk to you in private please?"minho looked at jisung, he just nodded and went out.

"min, results aren't getting better. in-fact, your heart is getting a lot weaker" minho's heart dropped. he knew how weak he was getting. but to hear it from an actual doctor, it scared the shit out of him.

"what's gonna happen to me doc?" minho asked, trying to hide the worry in his voice.

"i don't know...your mother told me something about overseas treatment? i assume that would help." he said.

"oh...yeah" minho remembered what his parents had told him.

after the talk with his doctor. jisung went inside with an obvious worried look on his face. he sat beside minho in silence before he spoke up.

"are you...really okay?" he asked softly, looking into minho's eyes, hoping for sincerity.

"...yes i am" minho replied. he felt guilty of lying to the younger, but he couldn't tell him. he just couldn't. jisung just nodded, fear was there, but the trust he had for minho overtook that.
