"ok we're gonna get going" billie says, her hand intertwined with mine, whilst i hold my leather jacket with the other. it's been a fun night, and i thrashed them all at monopoly despite them all thinking i was going to lose.
"see you tomorrow night" finneas and claudia both say in unison, making them both laugh at each other.
the green haired girl leads me out of the house to her car, opening the passenger door for me. i smile and get in, her stood waiting to close it again. she then goes around to her side and jumps in, shutting the door and starting the engine.
"i didn't realise it was that late" she says, seeing the time on her car radio.
"me neither" i say reading 12am.

once we arrive back at billies house, we walk in quietly not wanting to wake her parents up as it's late. she leads me into her room which i'm pretty familiar with at this point.
i lay my suitcase on the the floor, unzipping it and getting out an oversized blue t shirt whilst billie sits in front of her mirror brushing her hair and taking makeup off.
i walk into the bathroom quietly, changing into my clothes and brushing my teeth.
once i re enter her room i see her lying in bed on her phone, which she puts down as soon as she sees me. she pulls the bed sheets down and opens her arms for me to get in.
i climb in the bed, pecking her lips once before laying my head on the pillow. as soon as her eyes meet mine she smiles warmly, putting her hand on the side of my cheek.
she leans in and kisses me softly, i smile against her lips. "i'm happy you came here" she says. tucking my hair behind my ear softly. "me too" i agree with a little nod. i let out a small yawn and she laughs.
"come here beautiful" billie says with her arms open for me, i lay my head on her chest and she immediately holds onto me, warmth spreading between us.

i blink my eyes open feeling a body crawling over me and the bed feel empty as soon as they get out. i look around with my eyebrows furrowed watching billie searching for clothes on her rail.
"shark no" she whispers as he starts jumping up on her. i watch with amusement as she groans and finally picks out a black shirt and some matching sweatpants before discreetly running to the bathroom to get dressed.
