This was a day she had never thought would happen but now she stood beside her daughter as she walks her down the aisle. She smiles, as everyone stand for Jessie.
"And who gives this bride away" the preacher asks
"I do" Abigale stated
"You may take your sits" he tells them all
Abigale kisses her daughter on the cheek than takes her sit at the front of the church house.
Caleb looks over Jessie as she stands in front of him. It was finally happening he was marrying the woman he had always loved. She looked so beautiful up here in her long white floor length dress. Her hair was pulled up on one side with a white comb her mother have gave her as a wedding present. He couldn't help but to stare at his beautiful bride.
Jessie smiled at Caleb as the preacher tells them to join hands. It was finally here the day that everyone was waiting for. She was nervous but happy, beside Caleb, Theo stood holding the rings that will join them in holey matrimony. Caleb doesn't take his eyes off her and she doesn't take her eyes off him not for one minute.
"If there is anyone here that think these two shall not be joined in holey matrimony speak now or for every hold your peace"
There are eyes darting around the room. Somewhere from in the back he stands and there are gasps.
Jessie and Caleb both look toward the crowed as Gabe makes his way to the front.
Tears come to Jessie's eyes and Caleb squeezes her head. This can't be happening not today not now.
"I object to this marriage" Gabe says "This women is pregnant with my child"
The crowed starts mumbling
"No" Jessie cry's out
Caleb pulls her behind him.
"Who are you to come in here with your accusations" Caleb yells at Gabe
"Accusations any one can see she is with child" Gabe point out
"Where's she maybe with child it is most defiantly not yours" Caleb spit at him
"I can prove that it is mine" Gabe says
"No please" Jessie cry's out
Caleb jumps down going after Gabe.
"Leave Gabe now and you better pray that I don't ever find you alone because I'll kill you for what you did to Jessie" Caleb spit
"Why don't you kill me now" Gabe pulls his piece from his back
Caleb reaches back and pulls his out.
"Stop" Jessie yells out everyone looks at her including Gabe and Caleb "Enough blood has been split in this town, innocent blood."
"Jessie" her mother whispers
"You're the reason my brother hung six years ago Gabe. You're the reason for it all."
"Jessie" her mother says again
"Jessica" Caleb start toward her
"I came back for revenge, to kill you for all the pain you put my family though." Tears fall from her eyes as she speaks "I wasn't expecting Caleb, but you tried to ruin that for me too. Why don't you tell the good people of Timberwood what you did to me, you sick basted"
"Jessica" her mother says
"I'm tired of the lies momma. Good ol' Gabe Angess couldn't keep his hands to himself. Yes this baby might be yours but you will never see it. They hung my bother before I could say it but the tracks he found on his way and back from Andy's house that night where mine"
"Jessie" Caleb grabs her
"And his cheating wife never left town that one body that will never be found. You see little sister don't miss when she aims her gun"
Jessie shook and cried with anger, no one made a move there eyes were on the little Hunter girl that stood up there. Caleb pulls her to him holding her as she cries.
"Its ok baby, everything's going to be ok now" he tells her
She lifts her head to see Sheaf Mitchell cuffing Gabe.
"My brother was innocent he died to protect me, and it was all because your whore killed my Andy" Jessie tells Gabe
"Caleb" Deputy Nipp says "We have to take her in"
Jessie straightens up
"She's pregnant" Caleb says
"We will wait till the baby's born"
"I love you Caleb" she tells him
He holds her close not wanting to let her go
"I love you too baby"
"Take care of my mother and my babies for me"
He grabs her face forcing her to look at him.
"Jessica we're going get married even if I have to merry you though bars" he tells her
She smiles
Gabe Angess was hung for his crimes the next day. That same day Jessica Hunter and Caleb Blackwood married. Six months later little Jessica Blackwood was born. She was a year old when they hung her mother for the murder of her sister in law Daisy Hunter. Caleb took his mother in law and children and left town never to return to it.
