I opened my eyes.
I found myself in a weird place, it nearly looked like one of those laboratories of crazy scientists that we see in the movies.
Small coloured bottles made of glass everywhere, balls containing every kind of thing and to make sure they didn't miss anything.. weapons hanging on the walls.
"Oh, darling. You're finally awake." I heard a voice behind me.
I understood who she was immediately, all that time has passed and still I hadn't forgot her.
"Xena." I answered trying not to show the fear in my voice.
"Yes, Dave, it's me.. your nice aunt." she laughed showing herself in front of me.
"Wasn't it enough for you to ruin seventeen years of my life?" I answered gritting my teeth, motionless.
"No. Until you're alive, you'll remain a danger for everyone, considering the faculties I gave to you." she smile with maliciousness.
I strong jolt of anger invaded me and I tried to get up, but it was only at that point that I realised I was blocked with some ropes on a miniature chair.
I had my wrists secured to the back of the chair and my ankles to the anterior legs made of wood.
"Oh, my dear Dave..those are magic ropes.." she said placing herself right in front of me.
"The more you'll try to escape and the more they will tighten you, they could tear up your skin, considering your size.." she laughed with enthusiasm after articulating well every single word.
"Poor baby!"
She touched my face lightly with her sharpened nails, to make me understand that she controlled everything and that she could do whatever she wanted to.
A rivulet of blood fell from my cheek.
Xena laughed again.
I basically found myself paralyzed.

I was still stunned because of the bump when I woke up.
The last thing I remembered was seeing Clare fainting and Violet who was being blindfolded, and then I had been subjected to the same fate.
I opened my eyes.
It was all dark.
I started touching everywhere to understand where I was.
...Wall...Wall...Wall...
I felt something cold, a metallic cold. I kept on exploring on that point.
...Bars.
I continued the round and while walking I stumbled and fell on something soft.
"Ouch!" she screamed.
"Hey I'm sorry Clare" I answered moving away.
"It's nothing. But...where are we? Is it already nighttime?" she asked.
"No, I think we are in a prison." answered a voice that until then hadn't speak.
"You're really smart, Violet." I stated, recognizing her.
"Thank you." I heard her laughing a little bit.
"Dave?" asked the other one.
"I don't know.." I said.
"Dave...Daaaave!" shouted then Clare.
Not even his shadow.
"It's useless to shout, your friend will never come to save you." stepped in a really familiar voice.
I felt my heart missing a beat. Anger and pain spread all over me.
"It was you.." I started mumbling.
A light turned on behind the bars of our prison.
It was that shadow again, the same we had found lots of times, just with the difference that I knew who he was now, I only needed the proof.
The guy lifted his right hand and moved the candle to his left hand, that little light was enough to reveal his face when he removed his hood.
Aqua green eyes, beautiful face, dark hair..
I felt the earth collapse on me.
"Yes, it was me." Daniel smiled at me.
