3rd POV:

"The child cursed and blessed by the heavens" is what they all would say and many would agree with this sentiment when they would first think of the hero known as Apollo. There were many reasons for this line of thinking once they heard the life of the famous hero but they also knew that the pillar that they all relied on nowadays doesn't let his past stop him or his team of heroes from moving forward towards a brighter future! No, the hero of radiance used his past to fuel his determination for training and his sprint towards his dreams once he became a free man. He also used his past to fuel the destruction of the demons that hunted him before and allowed him to save others from the hands of evil that created his initial fate as he refused to allow others to come to harm like he did at the villainous hands of those men's.

This is the story of how a young child known as Izuku Midoriya was blessed by the great heavens to go on to be the greatest hero of all time but to be blessed by the heavens also means that one must also suffer at the hands of the heavens as well. This is because one does not get blessed without also being cursed by the havens in the form of tribulations that would befall an individual blessed by the heavens. Only by overcoming the tribulations of the heavens can one push forward to greatness and the first tribulation that Izuku Midoriya must face is the tribulation of being declared quirkless!

Now some may be confused on how this was the first tribulation that Izuku Midoriya would go through but let's look back a bit at the finer details of the situation that Izuku now finds himself in currently. Izuku Midoriya was four years old when the tribulation has first begun for him and he had yet to present a quirk like everyone else was doing around his age. Now, in some worlds that would be fine but in this world, or at least in the country of Japan this was a large issue as Japan was one of the first countries for quirks to ever appear in which changes things a bit. The reason this changes things is because Japan had a large number of quirk marriages once quirks started to appear and be accepted in Japan. This large number of quirk marriages meant that in an unnormal world that quirks became the standard feature of the vast majority of their citizens, later on, a person who was declared quirkless like Izuku Midoriya was now the freak or unnormal one in such a world that seemed like it came out of a comic book.

Other countries have slightly higher quirkless populations but even for them, the number of quirkless tends to be in the older generations instead of the younger ones. These other countries also tend to have a slightly higher percentage of quirkless people in their younger generations due to the fact that they allowed quirks to progress a bit more naturally instead of having mast amounts of quirk marriages which increased the speed of the quirk gene spreading. The biggest difference truly stems from how countries adapted to the appearance of quirks and how fast their country became quirked instead of having a majority of their population being quirkless. As such, countries that allowed quirks to spread naturally had quirkless people around for a much longer time which resulted in these countries having better views than slowly adapted to modern times. As such, they didn't become heavily quirkest countries due to how fast the quirkless diminished in countries like Japan.

Now let's shift back to the main focus at hand which is Izuku Midoriya. Both he and his mother had long left the doctor's office where Izuku had been declared quirkless and they had his results in hand when they arrived home. Of course for a child such as Izuku Midoriya the news of being declared quirkless was truly devastating to the mind of someone so young since he always dreamed of being a hero but then it was made worst in the end because when they were at home, Izuku turned around in his chair and wished for hope from his mother as he asked her, "Can I be a hero too?" he said in a low tone for a devastated child but the answer he was given was not one filled with hope or reassurance. No... it was filled with regret and sadness as Inko Midoriya could only hug her child and apologize to him nonstop as there was nothing she could do as she knew how much he wanted to be a hero but in her mind, a quirkless child wouldn't be able to do it in their quirked world. There was simply too much of a difference in power and she didn't want her child to die so she only apologized to him as much as she could. This all happened with the sound of All Might's voice going off in the background as Izuku had the debut of All Might playing on repeat so "Have no fear, for I am here!" could be heard from the computer which seemed to only make the situation worse and even more depressing in the young child life because he wanted to be a hero like All Might but everything was currently against him!
