He wanted to ask more questions but he knows that she might be already tired and so he left it at that.

After she was done eating she got up and took the dishes with her towards the sink to wash them. But Jiyong stopped her stating that the maids will wash it tomorrow. "Don't worry about that the maids will take care of that tomorrow."

But Dara was not hearing it as she turns on the water. "It's only a bowl and a plate. Don't worry I will finish it in ten seconds."

Jiyong was surprised at this and was grinning at her as he watched her in amazement. Though tonight is supposed to be their wedding night he will let it pass and he needs to make sure that she is indeed ready. He doesn't want to take advantage of her just because they are now married. They still have a lot of time to do that. Plus they need to get to know each other first and build that trust that she was asking for.

Once inside their bedroom he moved closer to her and studied her face though there is little light. He absentmindedly raised his hand to her face and pushed aside her hair. Dara froze and was not able to move as she gently felt his fingers as they brushed her cheek.

"Are you okay? Is there something bothering you?" he gently asks her with concern in his eyes.

Dara stunned could not say a word right away. "Is this...the man she had come to know from the news and Chaerin? The heartless and ruthless man in the country? He seems to be different." she thought to herself.
"Are you the same person as the rest of the country are making you be like?" she asked nervously.

Jiyong heartily laughed at her question. He now understands why she's a bit awkward and nervous around him. He took her chin with his right forefinger and gently lifted it so that they can make eye contact. "Listen. I may be known for being heartless and ruthless outside of this house and around other people. But I can promise you that once we're inside this house and being with you around I can show you the real me. Only you will know the real me." Jiyong said with full of sincerity.

Dara finally feels at ease upon hearing this and she gave him her most sincere smile as well. Upon seeing this Jiyong felt his breath was knocked off of him. She just took his breath away. He suddenly felt the urge to kiss her and so he slowly lowered his lips to claim her lips. Dara once again felt dumbfounded but allowed him to claim her because she is indeed now legally his wife.

Jiyong asked for entrance as he gently bit her lower lip and was not disappointed. He cherished this moment of kissing her. Though he can tell that she is not very good at it. They finally ended the kiss as they both try to catch their breath. Jiyong placed his forehead against her forehead as he tried controlling himself. He knows that she is not ready yet.

"Go and take a shower first. I'll go right after you," he said while still catching his breath. Dara nodded.

He watches her going to their joint walk-in closet and entered their bathroom. Jiyong touched his chest and felt the way his heart is beating every time she's around. He recalled her smile. That smile is the most beautiful he had ever seen. The way it brightens up her whole face and the way it took his breath away. That has never happened before not with any of the women he's been with.

Twenty minutes later, the bathroom door opened and Dara came out wearing her plain beige silk short pajama with a matching top shirt. Her face is bare of makeup and her long blue-black hair though still wet is just hanging loose down to her waistline.

Jiyong froze and finds himself gawking at his wife's beautiful face and body. She surely has a nice body and he loves that. His eyes traveled from her perky braless breast down to her nice and plump buttocks and he felt his manhood waking up. Then it traveled down further to her gorgeous long pair of legs he has ever seen.

Dara noticed how her husband, been gawking at her and felt the heat on her cheeks. She cleared her throat and was about to say something but nothing came out at first. She tried again. "Uhmm...you can go ahead and take a shower now," she said almost whispering.

Jiyong finally snapped out of it and awkwardly walked quickly to the walk-in closet which almost made him bump into the wall. Feeling embarrassed he barely looked at her before continuing to the walk-in closet to grab some of his things then went to the bathroom.

Dara was stunned and can't help but to giggle to herself. "So... Mr. Kwon Jiyong the most heartless and ruthless person in the country can also be awkward and can feel embarrassment." she thought to herself while giggling.

While in the bathroom Jiyong let out a deep breath that he never thought he's been holding. He still cannot believe that he married a woman who has everything that everymen can only dream to have. He felt like he just hit the jackpot. He looked at his now fully awake member and felt pain. He knows that his wife is not ready to consummate their marriage yet. He promised himself that he will wait for her. But it doesn't mean that he can't do other things to her. He left it at that and took a cold shower.

When he came out of the bathroom he finds her already sleeping as her breathing is steady. With only sweat pants on he laid down on the bed next to her. He studied her sleeping habits and made him realize that this is what has been missing in his life. He never thought that this new chapter of his life can be this intriguing and he is very much looking forward to a whole life of adventure with his wife Dara. He will fulfill his wife and his dreams to the best that he can. They will indeed take everything one day at a time. This he promised to himself before succumbing to slumber.
