I woke up and gasped rushing to Jins room.
"Jin!" I shook him awake making him groan. "Jin youll be late for work."
"Elle stop." He groaned. "I don't have work, I took the day off."
"What? Why? You said you had work whyd you take it off?" I nudged Him.
He sat up rubbing his eyes. "Because...you seemed sad and I didn't want to leave you like that."
I smiled softly. "You can go." I said. "Ill be okay."
"Nah, let's talk. You and I haven't really had much time to talk alone since you came back." He said sitting up.
"I was right. He kissed another girl while on his trip." I shrugged.
Jins jaw dropped. "I'm sorry." He hugged me. "What are you going to do?"
"I'm not sure. I mean we weren't technically together but at the same time I might just...forgive him."
"Really?"
"It's Mark...I never expected this from him he was so different back when you and I were married and then I don't know. I feel like I could move past this." I sighed. "What do you think?"
"I think you should if that's what you truly want to do because otherwise what are you wanting to hold onto?" He asked.
I sighed. "I just...I don't know. Do you know those relationships where it's like you outgrew one another? Sometimes I think Mark is like that."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah. I mean he's great but Mark...he's always been a bit childish and I don't think he's ready for something as being a father. Marrying me means the kids come with. I don't know if he's ready for that responsibility."
Jin hummed. "He's good with the kids but a father position is different than just getting along with the kids."
"You're right. So then? You're ending things with Mark?"
"I don't know yet. I mean he cheated, I never expected it from him so it hurts even more...I never thought of him to be a cheater. He cheated on me meaning he cheated on our relationship and whatever future we had."
Jin held my hand. "I'm sorry." He said pulling me in for a hug. "It's not your fault, a man who wants to cheat will cheat. He made his choice and you have no fault in that."
"Really?"
"Of course. You're too beautiful to be a second option."
