Why am I here? All the way in fucking Springs. I don't want to be here but I don't want to go home and remember everything. I'm hurting them when I go out and party. But it provides a distraction for all my problems.

"Hey" I heard a girl say from behind me. I turn around and see a redhead with freckles. I nodded but didn't say anything.

"Party that bad?" She asked. I think I might be trippin because her voice sounds hella weird.

"Ehh I'm just not in the partying mood. Kinda bored." I told her.

"Damn I thought I threw better parties than that." I slump down in the chair I was in and looked over at her.

"This is your party. Didn't mean to offend." I said and she laughed and waved me off.

"Your good. It's really my brothers this is his house I just thought I would help setup and shit."

"Nice." I didn't really know what to say nor did I really want to talk.

"So what's got you so upset."

"Way too many things."

"Hmm come with me mate." She said and grabbed my hand dragging me through the party and upstairs. She's very eccentric. She opened a room and sat me on the bed.

"What are we doing?" I asked. I mean I wasn't opposed to it but damn she didn't even ask.

"Wait here." She disappeared into a closet and I let my self lay on the bed and close my eyes.

"Look." She said and I lift my head. She had a stack full of movies in her hand. She came over to the bed and dumped them. "These are American movies I have yet to watch would you care to join me?"

"American movies? You have an accent. I just though my damn brain was fried." I said realization dawning on me and laying back down.

"You have an accent too."

"No I don't."

"Yes you do it's an American accent ya drongo."

"I don't know what the fuck that means but whatever. Pick a movie and start it why don't you."

"Your a real ass you know that." She said frustration evident. Though she didn't seem very mad.

"I'm heartbroken and upset. Sue me."

"Why would I sue you?" She asked and I looked at her strangely and shook my head.

"Nevermind."

"So heartbroken? Tell me about it maybe it'll make you feel better." She said and turned on one of the movies. I spent the rest of that night spilling out my life events to a stranger too drunk to really care.
