"Hey. Whatchu doin?" I asked Nicki who was sitting in our office.
"Going over numbers." She said blandly. She was still upset I knew she was but I didn't want to argue with her so I didn't say anything.
"How we doing?"
"You know that day Serenity came? Our best night yet. We had people wrapped around the damn corner and we stayed open till 5am instead of 4." She said a lil more enthusiastic.
"I found a new investor too. A women with an amazing track record and everyone loves her. I had the chance of meeting her twice she's lovely I think we should talk about doing business with her and get out of our contract with the jackass who shall not be named." Yeah she's that upset with him.
"If you think so then let's set up a meeting. I'll look into getting out of our contract." She nodded and I left the office going back to my house and getting to work.
Friday, October 1st
Serenity P.O.V
"Serenity!" Mya yelled from downstairs. We were at Isaac's house sept for he was at work and it was just me, Mya, Sienna and Daniel.
"Yes?" I asked entering the office in his house.
"Look it's the first of the month and do you know how many admissions we already have. It's like all of a sudden everybody wanna put they kids in daycare." She said showing me her computer.
"Well isn't that a good thing?" If you couldn't tell I let Mya handle all the complicated stuff.
"Yes but we don't have enough room we're already overcrowded as it is." I sighed and sat in the chair in front of the desk.
"So how do we fix that?"
"We buy out the rest of the building that would give us enough space we can bring in a whole bunch more kids. The only thing is we'll have to hire more teachers and it'll raise what we spend. With so many kids it'll make money so we don't have to worry about that."
"Okay great then I'll handle the hiring process while you handle all the business stuff." I said smiling. She rolled her eyes but agreed anyway.
Sunday, October 3rd

We just had a meeting that went really well. We found a new investor and got out of our other contract. Nicki was ecstatic about it and I was glad that the business deal did well.
I got a text and look down at my phone to see it was Serenity.
Serenity: Wanna meet at Expresso's?
Me: Sure give me 15mins
After I told Nicki I was leaving and that I would meet her at the house later I went to go see Serenity.
"Hey. I hope I ain't keep you waiting." I said once I got inside and saw her sitting at a table.
"Nope you fine." She said wit a smile.
"So wassup?"
"Nothing really. Davon came in telling us how the club was doing good."
"Yea it is we just got a new and better investor. We just ended the meeting before I came here. Numbers have been skyrocketing and there's talk about opening another building somewhere downtown."
"That's good. I'm glad y'all are doing well. If anybody's cut out for the party scene it's y'all."
"Thanks. What about the daycare how y'all doing?"
"Good Me and Mya are expanding we just bought out the whole building giving us an extra 5 classrooms." She said explained.
"Oh you guys didn't have the whole building before?"
"No when we first bought it Mya thought we should start out small then work out way up as we got more business. I let her handle all that stuff cause I'm not really good at it."
"It never was a strong point. I always had to help you with math." I said laughing. She smiled and agreed.
We spent the next 45mins talking about both everything and nothing. It was nice.
