Chapter 23

The two guys discussed, although it's more like the brown hair boy asking the question and the other one answering it. Oh, it seems like they're done talking, and had their attention on me again.

"Hey, I'll tell you who you are, but I won't be able to tell you everything. So listen carefully, got it?"

"Got it."

"First of all, it seems like you've lost your memories. And I'm Levi, you call me captain. And the brat over there is Eren Jeager. You guys were friends."

"Um, okay, captain."

"Good, and...."

Levi told me about his squad and how I was a member of it. He never really mentioned our little times together, but I don't know that yet. He also talked about the expedition and how I've been unconscious for these past months.

"I see, seems like quite alot happened."

I still felt a little insecure after all this. Afterall, I've got no memories of them.

Eren said he can walk me back to my room, but I shook off the offer. I can't trouble them too much because if my memory loss. After receiving the directions, I headed off.

The barrack's pretty big, well, a decent size. I finally reached my room and stepped inside. Neat, and so clean. It should be dusty over those months, who did the cleaning?

Eren's POV

I was in my room, in my hands was the letter (y/n) wrote to me. I hadn't opened it yet, I was frightened to find what's inside. However, I did as she asked, I gave the other letters to the person it's written to. I clutched the letter and finally opened it.

Dear Eren,

Eren, the first time I met you was that day, couple years ago, when the Survey Corps made it back from the outside of the walls. At that time, I never thought we would become so close, but I'm glad we did. You were my best friend, Mikasa and the others were too, but you were with me the most. So I like you the most in our group. Oh wait, don't tell them that, okay? Heheh, jk jk. I'm sure the others will understand.
Anyway, my life is pretty short, but it was fun. But I wonder though, one day you and the others will get themselves a girl/boy, I would like to see who they are. Heh I'm acting like a guardian. But, I wish I could've confessed to the guy I liked. Eren, if one day you were to fall into toal darkness, remember, as long as you're alive, there's a chance. And lastly, don't be too sad that I'm gone. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you, I wrote this letter to you and the others, in case I didn't make it in the expedition. Eren, smile!

I put on a smile on. (Y/n), you made it, it's just your memories that's gone. But, it kinda hurts to know that I'm not the guy you like.

Levi's POV

I walked into Dr. McHauser's office.

"Dr. McHauser, about (y/n)'s memories, what are the chances of them coming back?"

"(Sigh) That, I'm not sure. The memories can come back little by little, but that'll take a long time. Unless, something changes, I believe she'll get her memory back in a instant. But that'll exhaust her body."

"I see, thanks."

I walked out the room. I went to Hanji, we were doing some paperworks, regarding the titans.

End of Levi's POV

I decided to explore around this place, the place I belonged before.

I walked outside, there was no one. Everyone was probably inside, dicussing about something, probably. The air was cool and crisp. Refreshing.

Suddenly, I heard a loud noise, like a giant footstep. It came again.

"What was that?" I said in my head, I was starting to panic a little.

Somehow, I feel like I've experienced this before. But because I don't remember anything, that's what makes this frightening.

In my head again, I shouted to them,"Captain! Eren!"

And that's when I saw a big head, human-like giants, about like 10 meters tall, staring down at me.
