Jake's POV
"Heyy, told you it was on the playlist cus my dog hears-"
"I've caught you lipsyncing to the song Jake, dont even try." He teased me back, leaving me devastated.
"The song is a vibe," I confessed.
He laughed showing all of his vampire teeth. It was music to my ears.
"Aww, sure it is" He mimicked in a baby voice and ruffled my hair. I swatted his hand away furiously. "Take your hands off I'm not a dog"
"Everything about you reminds me of a puppy. "
"You wouldn't be saying that when I turn into my wolf and hunt you down," I said, deepening my voice and narrowing my eyes. His smile morphed into an 'o' as he looked at me amusedly. We stayed silent for a brief second invested in a staredown when the gentle drizzle of rain prickled my skin. In a moment the gentle drizzle turned into light rain.
"Play time's over lovebirds, get inside the tents, it's raining!" Jungwon shouted peeping his head out of their tent. Jay popped his head out next to Jungwon, "He's right hurry inside,"
"Okay, Mom and Dad!" I shouted back sarcastically. We both got up from the ground and started walking towards our tent. The fresh smell of rain and grass had always made me happy. The prickling of water droplets on my skin made me feel refreshed, I felt like a small kid all over again.
I closed the tent when we both got inside. The tent was not exactly spacious but it was enough for two people. I removed my jacket and hanged it over the stool while Sunghoon kept digging into his bag and finally pulled out a towel. He dried his hair with it as I sat in a corner and observed his actions. I didn't bring a towel or napkin with me and also I dont really need to dry my hair, I dont get sick like humans.
I watched as Sunghoon kept moving towards me. "Let me help you, " He said. I didnt know what to say but he kneeled down in front of me and placed the towel on my head, massaging my hair with it.
It felt nice.
And then, he suddenly started rubbing down the towel on my head violently, messing up my entire hair in the process. He took back the towel, pointed a finger at my ruined hair and burst into laughter leaving me absolutely devastated. Just when I thought he was being nice.
I blew the hair which fell into my eyes and announced, "you are so dead."
After a thin instant of silence,
I pushed him with both my arms and tackled him to the ground. I hovered above him and held him down to the turf narrowing my eyes at him.
Just when I thought I had the upper hand, in one swift move he pushed me to the ground and trapped my body between his legs. He smirked at me and I gasped in shock.
