Oh my gosh, I haven't updated in FOREVER. Sorry guys, I've had AWFUL writers block lately :( this is kind of a filler chapter, so sorry about that. Anyways, vote, comment, and most of all enjoy!

Wednesday's POV

I woke up the next morning to a little girl about seven years old, her blond pigtails bouncing up and down as she jumped on my bed.

"Good MOOOORNING, WINNIE!!" she said loudly, giving me a wide view of her missing front teeth.

She couldn't pronounce my name; how adorable.

Cracking a grin, I sat up in bed.

"Hey there. What's your name?"

"Sarah." she said, looking up at me with big, innocent blue eyes.

"Well hi, Sarah. Do you know my name?" I asked.

"Um... No, but you're my Winnie. My special sissy. You can light up." she said in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Well, that's-"

"Sarah! Where are you supposed to be right now?" said Will, walking in. I instinctively drew the covers up to my chin as he walked towards where Sarah was sitting next to me on the bed.

"Uh- the infirmary?" she said, hanging her head as she walked out of the cabin.

"Sorry about her." Will apologized when she was gone.

"No, she was fine. What's up?" I asked, looking up at him.

"Well, you know Connor and Travis? Sons of Hermes?"

"Yeah, I think so. Why? What about them?"

"Last night they asked me if you had plans for today, and they said if you didn't, they were kind of thinking of taking you into the woods to work on your stealth skills." he said, drawing patterns on the bedspread with his finger.

"Okay then. That sounds like fun." I said as he stood up.

"Hey, um- you know, dad left you a couple of things last night. You were already asleep, but here they are. Gotta go, bye."

He tossed a little box on the bed and walked out the door, not giving me a chance to say goodbye.

'Hm.' I thought, opening the box.

Inside was a ring and a necklace. The ring had a yellow stone on it that looked like the sun, and it had little engravings along the sides. Taking a closed look, I realized it was a five bar staff, with little notes on it. Like sheet music.

Moving on, I examined the necklace. It was a brushed-gold color, with little charms on it. One was an arrow, one was a music note, one was a sword, and one was a band-aid looking thing. Curious, I ran my finger along the length of the little arrow.

All of a sudden, a bow and arrows sprang from the little charm.

"Woah!" I yelled and fell off the bed.

From the floor, I peeked over the bed at the bow and arrows. Grabbing an arrow, I felt along the shaft (of the arrow, you perverts.) until I found a small button. Pressing it, the arrow sprang back into a charm and re-attached itself to the necklace. Huh. Handy.

I figured that the band-aid looking thing, the music note, and the sword charms did the same thing.

Looping it around my neck, I put the ring on also and got ready. I decided to leave my hair in its natural wavy state and headed out to the woods where I was supposed to meet Travis and Connor.

"Hey Wendy!" one of them yelled as I entered the woods.

I spotted them both sitting in a huge tree with a 6-pack of Pepsi.

"Hey guys. Don't call me Wendy." I told them, walking to stand underneath the tree.

"Can I call you Winnie?" the other said, winking at me. I blushed a little.

"Alright, Winnie it is!" said the first twin.

"But Winnie sounds stupid!" I said, yelling up at them in the tree.

"No it doesn't. It sounds cute."

"Oh Travis, you little flirt." said who I'm guessing must've been Connor. Travis just shrugged and tossed me a Pepsi.

"Thanks." I said, popping it open and downing half of it before I actually started to taste it.

Connor hopped down from the tree and flung an arm around my shoulders and led me to a big rock on the forest floor.

"So, Winnie. How's camp been so far?" He asked, giving me a crooked smile.

"Good."

"And... How's Percy been so far?"

I pushed away from him, feeling blood run to my cheeks as I blushed furiously.

"Wha-what are you talking about?"

"Oh, please Winnie." Travis added, hopping down from the tree, Pepsi in hand. "We all know there's SOMETHING going on between you two."

"Bu- but there's not!" I cried, wishing my cheeks would stop blushing.

"Yeah, and there's not a queen of England." Connor said, rolling his eyes.

"Even though there IS a queen of England, there is NOTHING. Going on between me and Percy. We're just friends. That's it. Friends. Okay? We grew up together. That would just be weird."

"Soooo.... You don't like Percy like that? At all?" Travis asked.

"Nope."

"You sure?"

"Yeah, I mean, he's brave, funny, amazing, c-" I stopped talking when I saw Connor's eyebrows raise.

"No. I don't like him like that. At all." I smiled at Travis. A feeling of guilt came over me, but vanished as his brown eyes met mine. My stomach did a somersault and I suddenly felt self-concious.

'I should've straightened my hair... Or put it up... Why didn't I use eyeshadow? And chosen a shirt WITHOUT a ripped sleeve...?' I scolded myself in my head.

"Wednesday?" Connor asked.

"Yeah?"

"Let's start on some stealth skills, shall we?"
