{ I made an attempt of the basic map of the crime scene, the 'V' shows where the victims body was found. Bare in mind I cannot art }

"You know..." Athena paused. "There must be some reason as to why he hid the fact that he was with his sister...maybe it could be linked to what we found?"
"Maybe...just maybe..." Apollo looked at the map intently.
"Will the defence explain how the witness knew about these things?" The Judge glanced at the defence bench.
"The defence asserts..." Apollo pointed. "That the witness was not where he says he was!"
"G-GAH-!" Daemon hid his face in his arms.
"Then where was he exactly?" The Judge asked. "Show the court where this witness was!"
"If I may turn the courts attention to the bridge..." Apollo crossed his arms and looked smug. "The witness was standing...here!" He pointed to the bridge.
"O-On the bridge?" The Judge looked shocked. "What does the prosecution have to say about this?"
"The defence is absolutely correct..." The Prosecutor leaned forwards and slammed the desk with her right hand. "Daemon Achan and his little sister...saw the crime directly in front of them, on the bridge!" She pointed at the witness.
"Someone's actually agreeing with us...for once..." Athena chuckled nervously.
"Did the Prosecution...know about this beforehand?" The Judge glared at the Prosecutor.
"The witness simply told me what he said in his testimony. It was just some simple deduction that led me to this conclusion."
(H-Hey! Where's my credit?)
"Witness! This is yet another lie you have told us!" The Judge banged his gavel.
Daemon grabbed the witness stand with his hands. "I-I know-!"
"This court is finding you more and more unreliable. Defence. What is your opinion on this?"
"First, The witness hid the fact that he was with his sister." Athena started.
"Next, he hid the fact that they were viewing the crime from the bridge." Apollo continued.
"There is a possibility that he could be protecting someone..." Athena slammed the desk.
"And that person is his sister!" Apollo shouted.
"W-WAIT!" Daemon started to breathe heavily. "Y-You can't-!"
"Can't?" Athena asked.
"A-Ask the Prosecutor!" He looked over to the Prosecutions bench.
"...?" Apollo thought for a moment.
"Prosecutor Bloom?" The Judge glanced at the Prosecutor.
"...the younger sibling of this witness...is only eight years old." She hesitated. "She is waiting in lobby...but unless the defence can come up with a good reason as to why we should call her....I'm afraid we cannot call her as a witness..."
"Nooooooo-!" Apollo stepped backwards and his hair fell down on his face.
"Objection!" Athena shouted. "the defence...can come up with a good reason!"
"W-We can?" Apollo rubbed his neck.
"Why else would he hide her existence? As much as it pains me to call a little kid, it's our only hope!" Athena clenched her fists.
(We've come this far...no turning back now!) Apollo slammed the desk. "This witness was hiding her existence! There is also the possibility that he is protecting her!" He pointed.
"N-NOOOOOOOO! YOU CAAAAAAAAAN'T-!" Deamon screamed and fell on the floor.
"B-Bailiff! The witness!" The Judge cleared his throat. "I demand a 10 minute recess! Will the Prosecution get their witness ready...and do something about this witness!"
The Judge banged his gavel.
