CW: slight jokes about death/suicide, reliving of trauma from a third-person point of view

Thursday 11, December
POV: narrator

Narrator: it is a great time in the morning, 9:14 am to be more exact. Classes were suspended two days ago for winter break. A lot of people had already left by Tuesday, Avy and Reagan are traveling to Italy tomorrow, to spend holidays at Avy's house.
On the other side, Aeson and Jaden are leaving to the latter's house today. Jaden's mom, Adriana, texted him already, telling him that the driver will be there at 9:30 sharp to drive them to the Birsch's family private airport gate. Aeson and Jaden are standing near the exit of the cafeteria with their luggage, saying goodbye to Lio, Adrian, Avy and Reagan.

Reagan: hey, don't forget to text us. -she smiled at Aeson and Jaden.-

Adrian: I'm pretty sure they won't. Not with Avy texting all the time how she does. -he nudged Avy softly, smiling and waiting for her response. He laughs when she turns at him looking as annoyed as she possibly can.-

Avy: oh God, Adrian! Stop exaggerating, I literally only text to ask how your day has been. -she scoffs, nudging Adrian back but not as soft as he did.-

Lio: you send posts and videos too. -she added, shrugging.-

Aeson: and complain. You complain about everything in the group chat. -he says, face blank despite the joke in his tone.-

Avy: that's it, I'm closing the group chat. -she took out her phone and Reagan took it from her hands.-

Reagan: Lio and Jaden answer you each time, if Adrian and Aeson don't like it, they can get the fuck out themselves. -she says, looking pointedly at the aforementioned. Avy only frowns.- by the way, it's getting late for you both. -she now looked at Aeson and Jaden.- are you sure you have everything already? You should go wait at the main hall. -talking about luggage reminds her that she has to pack her stuff too. She grimaces to herself, she hates that. She loves trips but hates packing.-

Jaden: yeah, we should go. -he answered, checking around to see if he has all his bags. He does.-

Avy: are you sure you're not missing anything?

Jaden: at least I am, I don't know about him. -he looked at Aeson.-

Aeson: I'm sure. I am only taking one bag, I don't think I can misplace one singular bag. -he scratched the back of his head, grabbing the handle of his bag.-

Adrian: yeah, well, it really is turning late. -he said, patting Jaden on the shoulder and showing him the screen of his watch. 9:23.-

Jaden: oh! Yes, we must keep going. See you guys uh... next year. -he smiled at the group, who smiled right back at him and Aeson.-

Avy: see you, boys! Have a good time! -she hugged them, giving them both a kiss on the cheek.-

Aeson: same for you girls... and, you better not go and do disrespectful things at home! -he pointed at both Avy and Reagan like a scolding father. They both laughed. Avy blushed though.-

Avy: shut up! -she pushed him jokingly, then covering her face. Aeson laughed and hugged her. She hit him on his sides. They look a bit like siblings.-

Reagan: we're pure Godly angels, Aeson. I don't know what you're talking about. -she shrugged.- pero en serio, apúrense. Ya es tarde.

Jaden: yes! Let's go, Aeson, bye guys, don't die in vacations. -he says loud enough for all them to hear, hugging Avy and Reagan together to then pass to hug Adrian and Lio separately.-
