''Rise and shine baby girl'' Paul said softly and he went into Rose's room

She nodded as she turned to face the other way

Paul sighed ''I know what he did was a dick move but you can't let it-'' he was interrupted by David

''Leave her'' he said

Paul sighed and nodded then walked out ''We're going to the boardwalk. You don't have to come if you don't wanna''

Rose smiled a little to herself. She loved how he has a soft spot for her ''Yeah I'm coming'' she replied

He left and shut the door behind him. Rose got up and made her bed. She looked at herself in the mirror. Why did he do it? Am I ugly? Have I gotten fat? Am I annoying?

Rose pushed those thoughts to the back of her head. She remembered that there was a party that night. She smirked and started packing a bag. She grabbed her short, tight, sleeveless red dress and a devil horn hairband. She wore her short blue denim shorts and a white crop top. She put on her makeup then put her makeup bag in her bag. She brushed her hair and walked out with her bag.

''Hey babe'' Marko said as he slung his arm around her shoulders ''What's the bag for'' he asked

''I'm staying over at Eliots'' she replied

David raised his eyebrows ''You know you can't''

Rose froze. She couldn't tell him about the party ''We're trying out a new drinking game. I'll give her a sleeping pill so she'll sleep through the day''

David didn't buy it but he reluctantly nodded. Only because of Dwayne

''Where's Dwayne'' she asked

''Still sleeping. Just forget about him for now'' Marko said.

''Okay'' Rose said quietly

After some small talk, Dwayne walked in. 'Time to show him what he's missing' Rose smirked and sat on Pauls lap, playing with his hair

''We should go. I have a shift tonight'' Rose said

The boys except Dwayne nodded and got up. Rose was holding Pauls hand, following behind. Dwayne took her other arm

''I need to talk to yo-'' he was interrupted by Paul

''Can you shut the fuck up and leave her alone? You hurt her enough. Just piss off'' Paul said and stormed off, pulling Rose with him

He got on his bike and Rose got on behind him ''Lil cock sucker'' he growled as he started his engine.

Rose and the boys were shocked at his outburst. They've never seen him like that before.

''What'' he hissed as everyone was staring at him.

They shook their heads and started their engines. Dwayne walked out of the cave, looking pissed off. Glaring at Paul, he got on his bike and drove ahead.

Rose rolled her eyes as the boys started to follow. She put a hand on Pauls's thigh ''I wouldn't try anything if I were you'' he growled in her ear

''You're hot when your pissed off'' she whispered in his ear

To her surprise, he didn't say anything back. Not a flirty comment, not touching her thigh, nothing.

Rose got off the bike and grabbed her bag. She went to Marko and hugged him. He hugged back. ''Stay safe'' he mumbled in her neck

''You too'' she said as she played with his hair. They pulled apart and Rose went to David ''I'm gonna have a little chat with Dwayne'' he mumbled
