I've been sitting at a table in the coffee shop for a least an hour now. I was attempting to memorize my script for an up coming project I was taking part in.

The small shop began to fill up as it got busier and busier. They had a good deal going on. It always got like this when there was a good deal.

I studied my laptop screen, rereading the same scenes over and over. My eyes were stuck to the screen as if they were glued there. I was so focused on the screen, mumbling the lines to myself.

"Excuse me?"

I pull my eyes away to look to where the voice had come from. It was a beautiful girl. Her long brown hair resting on her shoulders, looking me with covered eyes and smile on her face. She carried a bag, and wore a white dress with small dots and sunglasses.

"Would you mind if I sat here?" She motioned to the empty chair across from me.

"Not at all, go for it." I smiled.

"Thank you. This place is so busy today, there's no where to sit." She chuckled.

I smiled as she started pulling out a note book from her bag and a pen. "Yeah, I got here before the rush, so I was able to get a seat."

"Smart." She smiled.

"Olivia." Called out one of the baristas from behind the counter.

"Oh that's me," She got out of her chair to get her coffee.

She made her way back to the table, bumping into a few people on her way back.

"Wow, this place really is crowded." I said as she sat back down. I glanced around the shop.

"Yeah, I've never seen it this busy." She looks around as I did.

"Not unless there's a deal." We say in unison as our eyes land back onto each other. We both laughed.

"Olivia." She took her glasses off, then reached her hand out in front of her.

"(y/n)." I shake her hand, and smile.

We talk a little while longer. We talked about what brought us to the coffee shop, about ourselves and what we were working on.

"So I'm talking to a future movie star?" She jokes, sipping her drink.

"No, It's only one project." I laugh.

"Then two, then three, then boom you're famous." She laughed.

"Well, I'm already talking to a famous singer and actress. There is no topping that." I point out.

Suddenly, my phone rings. I check who the call is from. "It's my agent."

Olivia nodded, smiling.

"Hello? Oh. Yeah I'll head over now."

I give a sad look to Olivia.
"I have to go." I mouth.

Her smile fell. She jotted something down, then tore a piece of paper from her notebook.

"Yeah. See you then." I say to my phone.

Olivia slides the paper across the table to me as I began to put my things away.

"Text me." She says.

I pick up the paper, which has her phone number on it.

"I will." I couldn't help but smile. "I'll see you soon." I laughed.

"I hope so." She mumbles.

I chuckle, "Me too. Bye Olivia."

"Bye (y/n)." She gave a small wave, which I returned as I left the shop to meet my agent.
