"I'm so nervous." I mumbled.

"Baby, it's okay. I'm right here. The worst that could happen is you don't get a call." Olivia holds my hands in hers as we sit on the coach.

I can't even look at her, my eyes were glued to my phone that sat on the coffee table.

I was supposed to get a call about a possible project I wanted to take part in. I blew my audition, yet some how sort of nailed it. It wasn't my best performance, yet still a better one.

"But what if I get the call- or what if I don't? What if they skipped me? What if I did so bad they completely scraped me all together?" I say, practically shaking.

Olivia moves her hand to my cheek, and brushes it with my thumb.

"Take a deep breath. Stop worrying about the what ifs. Trust yourself and your abilities, because I sure do."

"Thank you."

She moved herself next to me, and put her arm around me.

"That helped." I said as I cuddled my face into her shoulder, and calmed down.

"I knew it would. Now, just breathe and relax." She smiled and kissed the crown of my head, which caused me to smile.

I felt all my stress melt away for a few moments of bliss. It didn't take long for me to start worrying again.

"Do you think I'll get it?" I say, playing with her hair.

"I don't see why you-" She started, then got cut off by my phones ring.

I reach for my phone and accept the call.

"Hello? Yes, this is she. I- yes I would love to! Thank you so much. Yes please do."

And just like that the call was over.

I let out a long needed sigh of relief. I laughed a bit at how foolish I was being before.

"See, baby, I told you." Olivia laughs.

"You really did." I smile and sit back down and into her arms.

She pulled me in closer to her
"I'm so proud of you."
