Jealous much? (JeanxReader)

Chapter 21

"Levi? What happened? Is everything okay?" Erwin asked Levi after his phone call ended.

"No, it's y/n. Somethings happened but I think her phone died. I have no idea where she is."

Levi started pacing around the floor and pulled out his phone again. Erwin was worried. He never sees Levi like this.

"What are you doing?"

"Calling Jean. He might know where she is."

Finally on the 3rd ring, Jean picked up.

"Hello?"

"Jean do you know where y/n is? I think something happened."

"All I know is that she was with Sasha today. Is everything okay?"

"Would I be calling you if everything was okay? Can you figure out where she is?"

"Connie just checked snap map. She's traveling on highway 42. It looks like she's headed to the hospital, but I'm not sure."

"Are you guys driving? If so can you follow her? I will head to the hospital and wait for her."

"Yeah we can get to her pretty quick, but they should call you if she's going to the hospital. You're her emergency contact right?"

"Follow her and keep me updated. I'll let you know if they call me. Thank you, Jean."

Before Jean could say anything Levi hung up and walked out to his car.

"Honey, wait. I don't think you should be driving."

"Why Erwin?" Levi just stopped and stared at him. He always gets overly worried.

"Because sweetheart, whenever y/n is involved and you are worried about her you always drive crazily. You will get in a crash. Come on. I'll drive." Erwin walked to his car and got in to start it.

"Thanks." Levi mumbled to him. He knew Erwin was right. He would crash or at the very least get pulled over for speeding.

After driving for a little bit Levi's phone started to ring. Without even looking at who it was he answered.

"Yes?"

"Hi sir, I am calling from Y/n Ackermans phone. Are you Levi Ackerman?"

"Yes. Is she okay?"

"She and her friend got into a pretty bad car accident. We are rushing them to the hospital. Are you able to make it there?"

"Is she okay?"

"We aren't sure sir. Both of them are unconscious and not responding. They are both breathing though. Are you able to make it to the hospital? Her friends' parents will be meeting us there."

"Yes, I will meet you there."

"Okay just come straight through the E.R. area. We will have people waiting for you."

"Thank you so much. Please keep her alive."

"We will try our very best sir."

Levi hung up the phone and turned to Erwin.

"Either get out and let me drive or speed up. I know you just heard that conversation."

"Levi she is in good hands. We will get there soon don't worry. You should text Jean. I will worry about getting us to the hospital."

Levi just turned back around and texted Jean. He was extremely worried. Soon enough they made it to the hospital and Levi practically jumped out of the car. Jean and Connie were waiting for them at the door already.

"Levi come on they showed us their room already." Jean said and they all quickly ran to the room.

When they got there a doctor was waiting outside the door and stopped everyone.

"Hold on. Which one of you is Levi?" Levi quickly stepped forward. "Hi, Levi. I'm y/n and Sashas doctor."

"Are they okay?" Connie interrupted. He was more worried than he had ever been.

"They are both doing okay. Y/n is doing a lot better than Sasha. Sasha got more of the force from the hit than Y/n. Because they are still unconscious, there can only be 2 in the room at once visiting. Sashas parents have already been through and are in the cafeteria. I will be just 2 doors down if you need me."

He walked off into his office leaving everyone to figure out who can go in first.

"I don't care if you two are her best friends. That's my little sister. You can wait." Levi quickly walked into the room leaving Connie and Jean speechless. Erwin followed him in for emotional support.

When Levi walked in, the first thing he saw was y/n lying in her bed. At first glance, it looked like she was just peacefully sleeping. Upon closer inspection, you could see all of the cuts and bruises her body had collected. It hurt Levi so much to see her like that.

He pulled a chair up to her bed and sat down. He grabbed one of her hands and just held it.

"Y/n. My beautiful little sister. I'm so sorry this happened. I always promised to protect you and yet you still got hurt. I'm so sorry. Please wake up soon. I can't lose the only family I have left."

Levi kissed her hand and sat with her for a couple more minutes before going over to see Sasha. The doctors were right. She was a lot worse off. She had a huge cut on her forehead that they had to stitch up and she was a lot paler.

"Hey, kid. I know how strong you are. You can pull through this okay?" Levi quickly walked out again leaving Erwin to just follow after Erwin had visited with them for a little bit too. Upon seeing Erwin and Levi leave the room Connie and Jean rushed in.

Connie ran straight over to Sasha. Knowing Jean would want a couple of minutes alone with Y/n.

"Sasha hey. I thought we always said that if one of us gets in a car crash the other one does too. Why'd you crash without me?" Connie wasn't really in the mood to make jokes, but he knew Sasha would enjoy that one. "I think Niccolo will be getting here soon to see you Sash. You know I'm still not too sure about him. I know you guys love each other very much, but he steals all my time with you. You really are the best sister anyone could ask for. You better pull through. Otherwise, I'll end up with our entire brain cell. I'm not sure I want to have that by myself."

Connie sat with her for a while longer. When he looked over to Jean and y/n his heart ached at the scene.

Y/n had woken up and Jean had practically tackled her into a hug.

Yet Sasha was still unconscious.
