Chapter 28

"Oh my god, what just happened?" After Jean finished putting back on his clothes he handed my clothes to me.

"I don't know darling, but it was amazing." I got up and put back on my clothes. "We should probably actually get your homework done though. I know you want to visit Sasha."

"Right. Are you going to come?"

"Not tonight. I will drop you off and Levi will pick you up. That okay?"

"It's perfect." I smiled and sat back down next to him to finish our homework.

"I know this is pretty forward and not exactly how I imagined it happening, but will you go out with me? Like on a date?"

"Of course I will Jean." He smiled brightly at me.

"Perfect. This Saturday. 7 o'clock." He kissed me and we went back to homework.

We finished our work in the next hour and we headed over to the hospital. We pulled up to the door.

"Do you want me to walk you in?"

"No thank you. Thanks for driving me. I'll see you tomorrow?"

"Of course darling. Have fun." I walked into the hospital.

After I checked in I practically ran up to Sasha's room.

"Y/n! I missed you so much." She took one look at me and knew something happened. "Spill. What happened?"

"Me and Jean um..... yeah."

"You guys fucked!" She practically yelled. "Oh my god, I thought you were going to say y'all started dating or something. I can't believe y'all fucked. I can't believe either of you had the balls to do that. After all the circling around your feelings. All it took was a near-death experience. I guess you can thank me. Actually don't thank me. I still feel horrible."

"Sasha whoa calm down. It's not a huge deal. We didn't actually have sex."

"Come on. Sit down tell me everything. And I mean everything." I laughed and sat down in the chair next to her bed.

"When do you get to be discharged Sash? I miss you."

"In 2 days. Don't change the subject. Was it good? "

"It was amazing. Like strangely amazing. He knew where everything was."

"Maybe it wasn't his first time. Or he watches a lot of porn. Or maybe both."

"What if it wasn't his first time?" Sasha just kind of looked at me confused. "What?"

"Why would that matter. It's not like it's your first time. Remember y'alls break? Yeah, I personally don't know if it was his first time. I do know that technically he still is a virgin so. There's that."

"I know it's not my first time sucking a dick, but I don't know. Thinking about Jean with anyone else really freaks me out. When this whole Mikasa thing started it hurt. It really hurt. I had no right to be hurt. Then Eren showed up and I really liked him. Until he pulled some fuck shit, but still. So, I don't know. It just hurts."

"Don't you think Jean feels the same way? I mean I never saw him more jealous or upset than when you were with Eren. It was eating him up. Well still is. I forgot this situation only happened like a week ago."

"Damn I did too. Oh, also Jean asked me on an official date this Saturday."

"Does that mean you are officially breaking things off with Eren?"

"Well yeah. I already decided that."

"Are you gonna tell him or just not show up?"

"Show up to what?"

"The date that he planned? At the milkshake place?"

"Shit I forgot about that. I guess I need to decide that then."

"You have 2 days to decide."

"Well I know I'm breaking it off it's just a matter of how. He said if I don't show up he will back off, but after how he acted yesterday I just don't know."

"Take Connie with you to turn him down."

"I don't know if Connie would be the best choice. He doesn't seem to like Eren much."

"True, but he has been dying to use this new spy kit he got so he could just listen in and only say something if it gets out of hand. Just push back yours and Jeans date an hour."

"That could work I could do that. Okay I will do that. I don't know about Connie still though."

"That's fair. You know I actually think he's the most excited about you and Jean finally getting together."

"Really? I kind of thought he had a crush on me."

"Nah he likes-" She stopped and looked away.

"Seriously? You know? Why won't he tell me?"

"You've got your own shit going on. He doesn't want to bother you and potentially come in between you and Jean."

"How would he come in between me and Jean if he doesn't like me?"

"Because y/n, somehow whenever you find something out like this you drop everything to help. Which I love you for, but for once please do something for yourself. Be with Jean. It's time for you guys to become offical okay?"

"You're right. You're right. I will do this and have fun with him."

"Well it sounds like you guys already had some fun."

"Yeah we did." We both laughed and just kept talking for a little while longer before Levi came to pick me up. "Bye Sash I love you."

"Love you too babe."

I walked out to Levis car.

"Come on y/n. I have to take you to Jeans. His mom is back in town and she wants to see you. She's freaked out about the crash."

"Aww man you know I love her, but I am so tired tonight."

"We both know if I don't take you tonight she will show up at our house."

"True. Let's go."

When we got there Mrs. Kirstein was waiting on the front porch for me.

"Y/n oh my god I missed you so much. I heard about the crash. I'm so glad you are okay. Come in I'll make you some food. You have to tell me everything that happened while I was gone. Everything. Levi come inside for some food please?" She always asks and it's always the same answer.

"I'll wait here."

"Alright. Doors always open. Come on y/n. Jeans waiting inside."

We went in and Jean was eating at the kitchen table.

"Mom I missed your cooking so much." When he looked up and saw me his cheeks turned red out of embarassment. "Y/n I didn't know you were coming over today."

"Your mom is back in town. Of course I'm going to come over and see her."

"Oh see her and not me? So rude."

"I missed you kids together. Anything interesting happen between you two while I was gone?"

"Mom! Seriously?" I got super flustered and Jean was blushing even more than before.

"Oh Jean-bo I'm just kidding around."

"Mom you know I hate it when you call me that. Especially in front of others."

"Oh come on Jean. You love it. Be nice to your mom."

"See Jean-bo, y/n gets it."

I spent about the next hour or so hanging out with Jean and his mom before having to go. After his mom smothered me in hugs and homemade snacks I headed back out to Levi. When I got in the car my phone started blowing up.

Somehow it got around the entire school about me and Jean.
