if you remember Archie's description, this shouldn't be a surprise.
6 Months Later...
The whole gang of students are now Juniors and that calls for more important games for athletes, cheerleaders involved. The Bulldogs have played about 6 games in their season so far and they've only lost one, which is good for them. The Vicens have been at every game and cheered them on- as they did any other time.
The basketball team's season started about two months and a half ago and they've been killing the game, quite literally. They've won all their games and now they're going to be on the road for their playoff games. Over the past two months, they've had call out games with teams they've went up against, the Stallions being one because they couldn't get over the loss they took last gaming season. The team beat their asses again and even worse that time. They've had this champion title on their back and they absolutely should've.
On with Cheryl and Toni...
Cheryl and Toni's relationship have developed massively over the such month time period. They spent the entire summer with each other. Literally. It was the, 'if you saw one, then you saw the other,' type situations. They've gotten in arguments, but they were always over petty situations that Toni felt wasn't worth fighting over.
Toni never started a fight nor have she really entertained in a fight, which led for Cheryl to think that she didn't care at all. But these were Toni's exact words to Cheryl's assumption:
"I'm not arguing with you because it's unnecessary. This topic is so fucking childish it's sad for even you to try and fight over it. I care, but I won't argue with you over something that doesn't even need to be argued over."
That's how she felt. She felt that if the topic wasn't life damaging, then why make a big deal out of something as small as someone else flirting. It would be pointless for them to get into a fight about something small and ruin what they have. And she's right.
Cheryl on the other hand, a fucking wildfire. She's been on edge and it's been a little more than usual. She's extremely possessive, and that usually calls for her to be clingy with Toni and for her to say certain things to everyone. She feels that's how she's supposed to act, but in all reality, she acts thag way because she doesn't want to lose Toni. Especially after she got extrenelt attatched.
Remember, she wants to stay with Toni, she'd do anything, but she would do something that would make Toni look at her differently.
Day of the Football Game..
"Hey, baby," Cheryl said getting the brunette's attention.
"Hey, baby," Toni responded.
"Are you coming to the game today?" Cheryl asked.
"Yeah. I might be a little late, though. I'll probably be... 30 minutes late, but I'll be there." Toni informed. Cheryl nodded and gave Toni a kiss. Toni kissed her back and laid down on the bed.
Half Time...
It's now half time and both teams are on break. The Vixens were on break as well and Cheryl was trying to find Toni. Toni said she was there, which she was, but she had to go to the bathroom, so she was nowhere to be found. Cheryl was walking through the tunnel when Reggie stopped her.
"Aye, red," Reggie called out. Cheryl turned around towards him with an attitude because she didn't have any luck finding Toni.
"What do you want, Reggie?" Cheryl asked as Reggie walked over to her. Reggie didn't say anything, but he did kiss her. Cheryl was in shock from this, so she stood there as he kissed her.
