After a few months of counseling and finding herself, Toni was back on her feet. She was better than ever, and she was grateful. Although considering, she was finally happy, in the place she called 'comfort'.

When it came to everyone in the Topaz family, they recovered just as well. Fangs bragged about beating an "old man's ass." Although this was nothing to brav about, the reason for him doing so was valid, so he had the right.
Sweet Pea remained the overprotective brother he had always been. Toni loved him for that, too. He always looked out for her, not letting anyone get by Toni lightly.
Toni's parents let Toni make more decisions by herself. They felt, after everything that happened, she should have the right to make her own decisions. And with that rule of theirs, Toni wanted to see how her life went at that moment.

Clauduis and Clifford's mother, Rosaline, had met the Topaz's she heard more of in the span of a month than her own kids. She was delighted with the thought of her grand-daughter being with Toni. She saw good in her, and she didn't think that would be changing anytime soon.
