chapter 1

Izwile's POV

Yawning as I take a glance at my watch and it's six pm already. I shut down my laptop and put it in my bag, I grab my purse and my blazer and I'm out the door.

" You going home already" the ever so annoying sabelo says.
" Yes sabelo I'm going home" I keep on walking not minding him. You see sabelo is a flirty bastard who thinks he can get into any girls pants especially his co-workers and I'm not that type.
"Ok miss Dlomo I'll see your pretty little self on Monday" he says as he keeps on following me like geez guy get the memo already.

I mind my business and I exist the building into the parking and then into my BMW X6 and I'm already out. This has been the longest day ever like omg I'm usually tired but not this tired.

As I approach my house I get a call.

" Hello I'd like to talk to izwile Dlomo please" a manly voice says.
"Yes this is She. Who am I talking to?" I ask
"I'm doctor Dlamini from summer hospital. I'm calling in behalf of your sister Nosibusiso Dlomo who's a patient here in the hospital"
" Nosi lord what happened to my sister"I say panicking already thinking of the worst case scenario.
"we would like for you to come to the hospital as soon as possible when you get here tell them to send you to dr Dlamini's office." what happened to Nosibusiso?Lord. Well I'm a cry baby already my hands are shaking and a river Is flowing down my face. It took me about 20 minutes to get there usually it's about 30. But now I don't care all I know is that I need to see my sister.

"Hello... Um I need to see a doctor.,, um what's his name again.... ?Um Dr Dlamini please get me to him" I say struggling to talk.
"Ok calm down ma'am let me see...." She
Calls for another nurse to fill in for her and we already going.
"Ma'am whatever is happening you need to calm down." She says with a soothing voice. And as we enter an office and she says she'll be back.

A few minutes later a man enters and asks if I'm izwile and I say yes. I'm scared and I'm shaking and he notices
"Ma'am calm down" he says
"How can I calm down doc my baby, the only family I have is in this place" I say wiping my tears with the back of my hand. Thank god I didn't apply any makeup today or else I would be looking like some animal from god knows where.
" Ok ma'am your sister is fine she was involved in a car accident and.." I didn't even let him finish I was already crying even though I never scream when I cry but you can tell that this person is CRYING.
"Where is she? I wanna see her please" I say sobbing.
"As I've said she is fine she just lost a lot of blood but she is fine because her blood type was available in the hospital" he says calm. How can this people stay calm I mean I can't.
"So you saying she is fine" I ask calming down a little.
"Yes she is fine but we need for her to wake up to run some test and then she can go home" thank god!!!

"Um Docter Dlamini... Um who brought her here" I ask
" Well she came with an ambulance and they also gave us her books my assistant will give them to you. And they also said that the person who hit her ran out of the scene" omg the filthy pig!
"thank you when can I see her" I ask
" Now you can follow me. The nurse will bring water for you to drink" I follow him and he leads me to this room.

There she is with a sling on the arm and a bandaid around her head.
"I'll give you some privacy, I'm going to be checking in some other patients" he says leaving.

" Baby I'm so sorry. I cant see you like this please. Mom wouldn't want to see you like this. What happened there Nosibusiso Dlomo? How were you involved in a car accident?" I say crying.

Nosibusiso and I are the typical orphans. Our parents died in a car accident leaving the both of us alone in the world with nobody to fend for us.

I sat there until it was about 10pm. I'm very much afraid to drive at night so I decided to go to Docter Dlamini to ask if I can spend the night hear because cha ngeke ebusuku (I'll never drive at night) unless I'm forced.
