chapter 7

Izwile's POV

Life has been good on my side or let's just say there wasn't anything disturbing us. Nosi has gone back to school and don't get me wrong I love my baby but I wish I could keep her in a cage locked away from the cruelty of the world. She didn't have much problems going back to school but you know someone who is closed of like Nosi, she hates attention and now she's been thrown to public eye as the learners always questioned her about the accident and she comes home fuming saying "can't people just mind their own business" and like I always do I comfort her and well ice cream does the trick.

Well I also went back to work and let me tell you I'm TIRED. From my co workers asking questions to sabelo annoying the hell out of me. That guy gets into my skin he can't get the message. He keeps on making excuses just to make his stupid appearance in my office.
Smiso came by on Wednesday and coursed commotion. He was yummy wearing a navy blue Italian suit with black Italian dress shoes and shade. I thought he was joking when he said he's outside but oh Boy. He said he just brought me lunch and we went straight to the office with eyes following us everywhere. His dominance is on another level I swear. And most of the female in my office were eyeing him like people his mine. And well let me not forget the encounter with sabelo yoh he couldn't even look at him in the eye.

Let me break down the event. So what happened was that after we were done with lunch in my office I had to walk him out. So I think sabelo was coming from his lunch or something. He saw me and did what he always does which is come to me and try to flirt with me.so he came to me and he said "beautiful as always miss Dlomo or may I say my wife to be" Smiso heard him and he came closer and kissed me on the lips and hugged me and then said " Ngizokubona later sthandwa Sami" and he looked at sabelo and left chuckling I think. Yoh sabelo was in fuming he could even hide it.

"Why didn't you tell me you were dating?" He asked and I looked at him like Looked At him. "I thought we had something it was a matter of confirming it" he sad again I sat on my office chair and looked at him.
"Sabelo I never gave you the impression that I want you or something instead I gave you enough hints that a sane person can see Miles away that I don't want or will ever want you didn't I." I said he looked at me anger visible in his eyes and he left well not that I care.

I got of work and I got a text from Smiso saying he'll be picking me up for a date. Luckily umah Did not leave I wouldn't have gone if I would have to leave nosi alone In the house. Well I call our helper mah because she's an elderly lady and I wasn't raised to disrespect people who work for me. I treat her like I would my own mother I don't believe in calling helpers maids I just don't.

So he picked me up not forgetting to give Nosi a bunch of chocolates and a little Rose I don't know why but then he did and he promised her he'll bring me back in one piece. He took me to his other fancy restaurants and again he booked the whole restaurants for the both of us. They served us the food and we talked and talked until someone called saying there's something wrong with Nkosenye.

Well we left immediately. He was driving like a maniac. You could see the worry on his face. Well when we got the. The almighty Nkosenye himself was sitting on the couch in the TV room enjoying a tub of chocolate ice cream. I swear I wanted to laugh but I just contained myself. The look on Smiso's face was enough to render him dead on the site. I swear he was defeated. He looked at him and Nkosenye was like "dad you have a guest can't you attend to her or you are not a gentleman anymore."

He said and I giggled like. "Wena awuzwa Mani like you sent your friends to call me saying it's something serious Kanti cha. You know what I can't anymore with you." He said I just stood there looking at them. You don't even need to ask if he is he's son the resemblance between them is huge. Nkosenye just looks like a younger version of Smiso with a lighter complexion. "Umm baby this is my annoying son Nkosenye and Nkosenye this is my future wife." He says looking at me smiling and I smile. Nkosenye looks at me smiling and I open my arms to him and he comes and hugs me.
"I always wanted a mother" he says sofly hugging me tightly and suddenly I felt him falling he looked like he fainted.

"Smiso what's going on. Did I do something to him tell me. Did I...." I didn't know what to do.
"No you didn't I'll call someone let me take him to his room." He said calmly. And he took him I just followed him. He then called someone I guess his dad or something because he called him baba. And he said to give me the phone. I became worried nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

"Umm baba" I said shaking.
"Yebo Ntombi ungathuki Wena u Nkosenye u right uyezwa." He said calmly but that didn't calm me down I kept on asking myself questions.
"Um kwenzekalani baba. Yimina inkinga?" I asked because well I had too.
"No you are not the problem. It's something that's well difficult to explain but don't worry yourself MaDlomo"
"Yebo baba ngiyakuzwa" I said and I returned the phone to Smiso and the he went outside the room living me with him. He just looks so at peace like he is just sleeping. I fixed the pillows and his blanket and checked his temperature. It was fine.

Smiso's POV

I went outside the room as Bab Ngema instructed me. Both him and my dad are at home like always.
"Baba kwenzakaleni." I ask because I am worried I remained calm because I didn't want to scare her.
"Your son's beast bonded with MaDlomo it's nothing serious he'll be attached to her. The beast recognised her as his mother and she felt it too" he says. Wow I didn't expect that.
"Didn't you have to do something before they bond?." I ask.
"Well it looks like I didn't. MaDlomo is special things will happen with her. What I have to say is someone who'll hurt her Nkosenye will see to it that they are no more his beast is not like any other it scares me. But everything will be fine." He says and we continue talking as I make tea for her to calm her nerves.and I take it upstairs.

She's still sitting on the chair next to his bed humming a calming song. She just keeps on giving me more reasons to love her. She took his hand in her tiny ones and she's brushing them slowly.
"I brought you tea" I say and she looks up to me. She's looks serious I set the tray on his study desk and sit on the bed infront of her." You look serious" I ask taking her hands.
"I... I um I felt something powerful when he hugged me that's why I'm worried."
She looked at her lap and I smiled.
"Baby you didn't do anything wrong ok don't be worried." I said but I don't think she worries less.
"Um ok I have to go now. I have to prepare Nosi for her therapist tomorrow." She says and I don't mind asking because I know it'll be hard telling me. I even feel like killing those old fools but all in due time.
"Ok let's go."
