Smiso's POV

"Nosi please just choose the one you like the most" I say frustrated. Shopping with my daughter is not an easy task. She is so indecisive. She likes everything she sees. I want to buy her whatever she wants but then I know my woman will kill me for spoiling her kids. She'll be like.
The kids have enough baba and if someone doesn't put their foot down they'll end up like spoilt brats with no direction in life

So yeah. Today I decided to have a father daughter day since the school informed us that they should take the whole week off to prepare for their trip. Landon is far and well they need to have everything they need for the trip.

"Dad come on I like the both of them." She says pouting. I want to laugh at how cute she is but then I hold it in.
"Princess you only need one boot my god! Can you just take one so we can leave already." I say. Honestly I'm exhausted and we still have a lot of shops to go to.
"But..."
"Nana just take one." I say. She sulks and pays for the boot with my card and we leave. I swear this girl will get me to file for bankruptcy. We went to five other shops and my feet are killing me. Her mother doesn't like shopping. If we go to a store she does whatever she came to do and we leave it's as simple as that. But with my daughter here it's a different case. You need a warrant from the DA to get her to leave one shop.

"Dad do you want icecream." Oh God. I'm about to eat sugar. Why didn't anyone tell me having a daughter is hard.
"You don't need to answer. I'll just buy for the both of us." Just like that she leaves to the icecream palar. I sit on one of the benches and wait for her. My phone vibrates it's a call from my lady.

Me: baby save me!!
(I say as soon as I pick up and she laughs)
Her: love you're on you own. That daughter of yours is a wild shopper.
(She says giggling and I laugh.)
Me: ngyakucela ntombenhle please. I can't anymore. You won't believe how many stores she wants to go to. I'm tired and I need help.
Her: sorry love. My son and I are done shopping so enjoy you day. Mwaaa
( She cuts the call. The fuck. I'm going to punish her for this. I swear.)

I see my baby coming with two icecream  cups smiling like a retard.that girl loves sugar. I bet she was born for it.
"Take this one." She says giving me the one that's full as she has already started demolishing hers.
"So now we're left with a few thing then we'll go home" she says eating her ice cream. What?
"You mean that. You're not playing with me?" I ask because you're never sure with this teenager.
"Yes dad. Nkosi and I added a few things just to play a trick on you." She says nonchalantly.
"Wow" so I spent the whole day shopping only to find out that my kids just.... I give up with these two I swear.
"You know what let's just go finish up. Anizwa Nina." I say and she laughs.
"And you love us dad. Come on old man let's go." She says pulling me. We push the trolley toward our next destination. We did our shopping and now we're on our way home. Im tired I want to sleep.

"Dad?" She says
"Yes Nosikababa."
"Can we get chicken nuggets." This child! Hhayi nani
"Kodwa Nosibusiso, nidlelaphi Kanti Nina nomfowenu." I swear these kids will be the death of me.
"Ningifuna ngfile nine." I say and she laughs. I just go to the McDonalds drive through and we Oder her nuggets and a yes she ordered for her brother too.
"Ok sesiyamuka Manje?" I ask miss bully over her.
"Yebo dad" thank god. I swear I sped my way home. I didn't want to stop and do something I didn't plan to. I know for sure if she wants we would go to a different mall. Crucify me!!

We got home took the shopping bags inside and I went to my room and showered. I need a nap to recover the hell I went through today. I got onto of my bed and...

"Dad?" Oh boy.
"Princess what is it." I say with my sleeping voice hinting that I need to sleep. She gets in.
"Thank you for today." She says. She didn't have to though it's my duty.
"It's ok princess. Now can dad sleep?" I say and she laughs closing the door.
Finally. I know it's not over I still have eternity to go through. Boy oh boy. Being a girl dad is hard.
