Chapter 13

Katie's pov

The 3 days passed by. The first two days, Azie was staying with me. Andrea took Azie's car and went back to home.

Yesterday Melissa and Nicole came back. Nicole stayed at her parents and Melissa brought Azie back home and stayed with me.

I haven't spoke to (y/n) since I fell asleep that night.

Doesn't she want to see me anymore?

It was 7 in the morning. Today I was able to teach again. I only had one class today at 1pm.

I was on the couch watching Netflix.

Melissa came in with Oisin and asked how I was doing.

"I'm fine. Thank you again for being here for me." I spoke and I sighed. "Have you heard something from (y/n)? I haven't heard from her since it happened."

"Katie. Don't thank me. Thank (y/n). Because of her you are still here. She asked me yesterday how you were doing." Melissa said.

"What did you said?" I asked.

"That you were doing a lot better."

My phone rang and I picked up.

"Hello?" I spoke. I didn't check the caller ID.

"Hii." (Y/n)'s voice spoke. "How are you doing?"

"I'm fine how are you?"

"Good. I'm okay." She spoke. "Are you coming to class today?" She questioned.

"Yes I am. I only have one hour today."

"Do you want me to skip the class?" She asked.

"No no I can't make you do that. I think it's going to be alright." I spoke.

Students were walking in. A girl with blond hair walked to me and asked where I was Monday and why nobody knew that I wasn't coming.

"I had some private things going on." I said back and she took a seat in the back.

Maggie and (y/n) walked in, they took a seat in the front as always.

I had completely forgotten that Maggie had seen me too in that terrible state.

It was time to start class so I did.

The lecture did go well, I had no troubles facing (y/n).

I dismissed the class.

"Maggie could I talk to you?" I said and she nodded.

(Y/n) left and I mouthed to her that I'll talk to her soon.

"Can you come sit?" I asked Maggie.

Maggie took a seat next to my desk

"Is everything ok miss?" Maggie questioned.

"Yeah, but I wanted to talk about what happened Monday." Maggie nodded and I continued talking. "Can you please keep it between us?"

"O yes of course." Maggie replied.

"I'm ashamed you had to see me like that. I know your really close with (y/n) and she probably tells you like everything. But don't post any pictures of us online. Once it's online you can never undo it."

"I won't post anything, I'm not like that. Don't be ashamed please. I know it's not normal to see your professor like that, but (y/n) and I have seen all the works you did. Don't be ashamed of this." She spoke.
