Chapter 20

(Y/n)'s pov

Today is the day of my graduation. I was at Maggie's place getting ready.

For me it was an easy year for school but Maggie struggled a lot. I'm happy she made it and that we graduate together. We are bestfriends since middle school and to the day today we still are.

"What are you gonna do with your hair?" Maggie asked.

"I don't know. I'm thinking about just my hair down."

"Oh come on (y/n/n) that's boring. Why don't you curl your hair?"

"I'm to lazy you know that mags." I joked.

"Let me do you hair and make up." Maggie said.

"Yeah sure." Maggie put the curling iron in the socket. "Have you found a job already?"

"I applied on a set to do the make up and hair for a serie but I don't have an answer yet." Maggie replied.

"Well till you have an answer you are always able to do my hair and make up." I commented.

"Have you found a job?" Maggie questioned while curling my hair.

"No I haven't. I think I just go traveling for a while and then when I'm back going on auditions."

"That's a good idea. I love to travel. If I have an answer and it's a no I'm traveling with you."

"How will it go between you and Katie?" She added.

"Well we're not gonna lie about it you know. She is stopping with teaching so she can't really lose her job and she is gonna focus on her acting. I don't know what I'm gonna do but we'll figure that out. First the graduation today." I spoke.

Waiting for my name to be called and to walk up the stage.

"Maggie Marie brooks."

Maggie walked through the door and I heard a lot of yelling.

"(Y/n) Mendes "

I walked through the door and down the stairs. People yelling.

I looked to my right to the people sitting and saw Camila sitting.

I was so confused what is Camila here doing.

Isn't she supposed to shoot in France?

I got up the stage and greeted some people on the stage and stood next to Maggie.

"Have you seen who is here?" Maggie whispered to me but loud enough to hear through the yelling.

"Yes my sisters here." I spoke back.

"No no she's not who I mean." She looked at me. "Next to Camila I mean."

I looked over at where Camila was sitting and saw that everyone was here.

Andrea, Melissa, Madelaine, Chyler, Nicole, Azie and even Mick and Hailey where there.

I waved at them and they all waved back.

Katie was standing on the stage too but on the other sight.

After the graduation. Me and Maggie walked to the hall where everyone was.

Maggie walked in front of me and suddenly stopped walking.

She took my hand in hers squeezed it and let go. 

"What's going on Maggie?" I asked confused.

She didn't say anything. And I looked around seeing Camila standing to everyone of my friends but behind her was a woman.
