" ring ! " the alarm rang .

I fell off the bed and yelled .

I suddenly remembered that it was the day , where I go out with Jen and Connor .

to tag along with their ... date.

" what time did she say again ... " I tried to recalled and suddenly thought of it .

5 o'clock

I quickly picked up my phone at the table side and checked the time , it is now ... 4 o'clock ?

oh shit.

I quickly ran to my closet and opened it wide , what should I wear . what should I wear .

I knew that it was a date for them but I wanted to impress Jen .

I pulled my own hair in frustration as I looked eye to eye with the closet like it was my rival .

" ugh . " I slapped my hand onto my face as I step closer and started to rummage through the closet .

suddenly I came touch into something bright coloured , it was a light orange shirt decorated with charms .

i paused .

that was the shirt my sister gave me when we were younger , before she passed .

I sighed and clenched it to right to my chest and slowly placed it somewhere else where no one would touch it .

I continued rummaging and found a nice graphic ree with lots of cuffs .

damm , that's so cool . how come I don't remember buying this ? I chuckled .

I then found a steampunk pants , I recalled I had save my pocket money just to get this , it was brand new too , surely for this " occasion " .

I picked it up and took off my sleeping clothes and wore all of it on , I admired myself in my mirror and smiled .

I quickly went to my chain boxes and decided to wear the double-layer key , lock chain , I also took out a black string bracelet Jen gave to me not too long ago .

Went to grab my comb and I slowly comb through tangled ends of my hair and was ready to go .

I checked the time , " ahh , it's already 4:30 .."

realising I needed to hurry , I scurried out and fastened my pace , snatching my wallet at the side and fishing out my phone .

" are .. are you going out ? " I turned around to see mother .

I came eye to eye with her .

" I'm going out with Jen , I'll be back by 8 . " I replied .

" have fun and stay safe ! " she exclaimed not before coming to me and giving me a hug , I stood there straight .

not knowing what to do .

but only nodded and then I pushed her away and told her that it was almost time .

I quickly found a pair of converse sneakers and quickly sped out .

huffing and puffing , my stamina sucks honestly , I could dash really fast in the first 20 second and I would sound like a dying horse after .

but it was the latter today , I keep speeding up running to the mall , I didn't want to keep Jen waiting or ... the bastard either if I was going to be late .

I hold tightly to my items and fished out my phone while running and saw it was 4:50 already .

I continue to run down past the roads and soon enough , I saw the entrance to the mall .
