(Major spoilers) Pain * Chapter 33 *

I woke up with a pain in my head, I saw Tanjiro and Inosuke at my sides as I saw Rengoku severely injured. Blood dripped down from where Rengoku stood as my eyes widen even more. Rengoku's sword still in his hand. I felt as if I had healed some more, so I stood up, my posture straightning. Rengoku's breathing seemed to be gasping for air, both Akaza and Rengoku stayed where they stood. "Even if you fight to death, you can't win, Kyojuro. Those impressive slashes you inflicted on me have already healed completely. But what about you and Sakura? You have a smashed left eye, shattered ribs and damaged internal organs... Sakura's body is healing at a slow rate, but most of her bones are shattered. All of your injuried are irreparable. If you were a demon, you'd heal in a blink of an eye. Those would be mere scratches for a demon. You can struggle all you want, but a human can never beat a demon." Stated Akaza.

"SHUT UP!" I yelled, running towards Akaza at the blink of light. "SAKURA!" Yelled Tanjiro. Rengoku's eyes widen as I used my Kagune to stab Akaza repeatedly, but he just kept healing. "SEE WHAT I MEAN? YOU HAVE SUCH STRENGTH, BUT YOU'D BE EVEN STRONGER AS A DEMON!" Yelled Akaza, grinning. Then, Rengoku's aura burned into flames with determination. Akaza then paused as I jumped away. "I will fulfill my duty!" Rengoku exclaimed. "But Rengoku, you're heavily injured!" I yelled out, staring at Rengoku. "So are you, Sakura. But I will fulfill my duty!" He yelled. "What a tremendous fighting spirit! Amazing aura's despite all those injuries! That mental strength!" Exclaimed Akaza, laughing. "YOU BOTH HAVE TO BECOME DEMONS AFTER ALL!" He exclaimed laughing once more.

"...Sakura. I apologize for setting you aside before, but you had to rest a bit first... So now, let's set our hearts ablaze and go beyond our limits!" Exclaimed Rengoku and I nodded and readied my stance, even with my shattered bones. "I am the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku!" Exclaimed Rengoku. "And I am the 2 Star Hunter Sakura Kurta!" I exclaimed. '9TH FORM... RENGOKU!" Rengoku Exclaimed. "One For All... 1,000,000%, KAGUNE DEATH SCYTHE COMBO!" I exclaimed, conjuring my scythe and unleashing my Kagune while adding One For All to it. "Destructive Death! Annihilation Type!" Exclaimed Akaza. Rengoku and I then sped forward to unleash our attacks. 

The sound of our attacks echoed throughout the place as the attacks Rengoku and I had done caused a minor earthquake, shaking the ground. Though minor, it was noticeable. "RENGOKU-SAN! SAKURA-CHAN!" Yelled out Tanjiro "ARGH!" Rengoku and I yelled out. Rengoku cutting Akaza's arm in half as he laughed, I stabbed him repeatedly in his chest with my Kagune and cut his legs off with my scythe. As Rengoku and I let out our battle cries, there was a pause. Pain erupted through my body.

Both of Akaza's hands through my body since I had pushed Rengoku out of the way.I stood there, un-moving, as well as Rengoku, who looked as though he had lost. "Damnit! It doesn't matter right now, you have to become a demon Sakura! This will surely kill you! You'll die of blood loss like you said you could've with your other injuries, whether you try healing or not! Become a demon! Say you will! Or I'll force you!" Akaza yelled as he healed his injuries. 

My minty green eyes were open wide, blood now pouring down my mouth as if it were a flowing waterfall. My hair slightly swayed as a soft breeze blew past me.

A memory played of me, Pairo and Kurapika playing around in the forest nearby, as if it were replaying an old film. Us laughing without worry replayed in my mind. Happy, safe, no massacre. Just the warmth of the sun against our skin. But that memory disappeared as fast as it played as Rengoku ran towards Akaza and tried cutting his head off. 

"AAAARGHHH!" Yelled Rengoku as he used all his strength to try and cut Akaza's head off. But asa he tried, Akaza jumped away, with his arms still through me, I followed Akaza without a choice. "DAMNIT! I'LL MAKE YOU BECOME A DEMON SAKURA!" Yelled Akaza and he ripped off one of his arms, blood dropping down from it and forcefully fed me his blood. "SAKURA NO!" Yelled Tanjiro and Rengoku. Rengoku then ran towards Akaza, whom tried feeding me as much blood as he could, to ensure I would be a demon. Akaza ripping his other arm off, he looked up to see the sun rise. I felt myself fall backwards, my pupils shrinking and enlarging in size. I twitched and groaned in pain. "Mother fucker!" I exclaimed, screaming in pain. The sound of footsteps running past me were heard as I felt Akaza run away into the forest, Tanjiro's presence only grew, as well as Inosuke's. 

The sound of a sword could be heard being thrown. "DON'T RUN AWAY!" Yelled Tanjiro. "Don't run away, you coward! DON'T RUN AWAY!" He yelled. "THE DEMON SLAYER CORPS IS ALWAYS FIGHTING YOU DEMONS IN THE DARK OF THE NIGHT WHERE YOU HAVE THE ADVANTAGE! THAT'S RIGHT! US FLESH AND BLOOD HUMANS! Our wounds don't close up that easily! And we cannot regenerate a limb once lost! DON'T RUN AWAY, YOU BASTARD! YOU DAMNED BASTARD!" Tanjiro yelled once more. I coughed violently as I then heard a ringing noise in my ear. I clutched my ear in pain as the sound only intensified and grew louder, and louder.

Until I blacked out.
