"Hey bitches, small get together at Thornhill? Just us and well Kevin is of course welcome." Cheryl says as she walks up to the group in the lounge before class.
Veronica instantly smiles. "We'll be there."
Cheryl grins and turns to walk away, bumping into Toni Topaz. "Watch it Serpent." she snaps out before rushing off.
"What's her problem?" Toni asks in confusion as she sits down beside Jughead and Betty.
Jughead shakes his head. "We're going to her house tonight if you want to come." he says in response.
"I don't know. I don't think she'll really want me there." Toni said.
"Nonsense, you should come. Bring Sweetpea and Fangs." Veronica says with a grin. "Kev, Reggie, and Josie are already going to be there."
Toni glanced at Cheryl. "She doesn't like me. Why would she want me there?"
Archie runs a hand through his hair and sighs. "She's had a rough time. Any friends she can have, she needs." he responds warmly.
Toni sighed. "Fine, okay, I'll come."
"Great!" Veronica squeals, curling into Archie's side.
