Chapter 6:

Meeting The Troublemakers

Jasmine turned to the other side to see the four boys who she had seen in the holidays. She hadn't understood what they were doing there, but she was pretty sure it had something to do with Lily.

,,Good evening!"

She greeted them, as if they were old friends.

,,Ehm.." ,,Uh..." They seemed surprised.

,,Hello!"

A boy covered with scars and shaggy robes replied.

,,What's your name?"

,,I am Remus Lupin" The same boy answered ,,And those are James Potter-," a boy with glasses and messy hair nodded,,- Sirius Black-" a boy who looked very fond of his hair and was wearing a leather jacket winked, which made jasmine roll her eyes,,- and Peter Pettigrew."

,,We are also known as the Marauders"

The boy named Sirius said.

,,The finest group of pranksters Hogwarts has ever seen!"

Potter added.

,,We are noble mans"

Pettigrew spoke. Jasmine didn't know why, but something about Peter seemed off to her.

,,If Troublemaker is the same as 'fine' and 'noble', you mean"

Remus retored. Jasmine laughed a little

,,I guess you are dragged in their pranks?"

She asked him. Before he could respond, Black put a hand on his mouth

,,Please! Moony? Dragged? We offered him a job and he accepted it!"

Jasmine rose her eyebrow in amusement, while Remus finally managed to get Black's hand away.

,,Yes, you could say I get dragged. The problem is, that these two-" he nodded at Black and Potter ,,-are the smartest students at Hogwarts"

The two boys instantly put their hands on their heart.

,,Oh Moony, I am flattered"

,,I am so touched, Moony."

,,Ohhh Moony!"

,,That's so nice of you!"

,,Finally admitting it!"

,,Your heart is on the other side, Black"

Jasmine said, while grinning when she noticed he was holding the right side of his chest. The other boys bursted out laughing, while Black scowled at her. Jasmine projected the information she had heard; had the Swan Lady finally some competition? She hoped so. It was pretty boring not competing.

,,Finally somebody tells him!" Alice exclaimed from the other side ,,Every time I try to tell him he hexes me!"

,,Now, now, that is not very nice, is it, Black?" Jasmine asked him in a mocking, scolding voice.

The boys could tell they were going to like this girl very much.
