*Abandon Warehouse/Crime Scene*

Hank and Ana walked down a large corridor towards where Kim and Kenny were standing by an elevator shaft.

"Homeless couple waved down a blue and white a couple hours ago." Kim informed as she walked passed the two sergeants.

"What do we have?" Ana inquired.

"A kid." Kenny replied, grimly, getting a grunt from Hank in response.

A button was pressed and the elevator itself began rising up to their level, revealing the teenager's body sprawled out on her stomach. It looked as if she fell or was pushed into the shaft.

Ana caught the quiet sigh her husband released and merely grabbed his hand, squeezing in comfort.

*A Little While Later*

The rest of the team had arrived and Alvin was crouched beside the body while Hank was crouched down outside of the elevator. Everyone else was crowded around the entrance to the shaft.

"Multiple contusions, fractures, damage to the skull." Erin listed. "The M.E. says some of this might've come from the fall, but not most."

"She isn't bleeding. She's leaking." Alvin pointed out, gesturing to spots on the body. "We got dual lividity."

"Think she was beaten and died face down." Jay spoke up. "She was probably dumped here after. There's asphalt, dirt in her wounds. No ID yet, doesn't match any missing persons." He informed.

"Clothes are clean. Hair's washed. Doubt she's homeless." The elder Detective added.

"Well, someone should be looking for her." Hank muttered.

"K-9 unit and patrol did a top to bottom search." Kenny chimed in. "There's no one here but her."

"Poor girl." Ana whispered. "She can't be more than-"

"Fifteen." Kim finished for her and Hank stood up upon realizing the female Officer was right behind him. "It was outside in the dumpster. ID looked like a match." She explained, handing him a small card.

"Sam Wells." The older man read aloud before handing it to his wife.

"I ran it through the system. She's a resident at Brady." Kim informed.

"Currently?" Jay inquired.

"Yeah, and hasn't been reported missing." The female Officer replied with a small nod.

"Brady." Ana hissed under her breath, spitting the name out with so much venom that the team actually stopped for a second and stared at her in slight concern.

She merely walked back down the corridor with Hank right behind her.

*District 21: Office*

Hank, Ana, Trudy, and Jay are all crowded in the small room. The Detective is leaning back on the desk against the wall with his arms crossed while the brunette was standing next to the Desk Sergeant, who was sitting in a chair in front of Hank's desk. Everyone was facing Emma, who was standing by the doorway.

"Look, our DOA has been a resident at Brady for six months." Hank informed, rounding his desk and sitting in his chair. "We found cash, a toothbrush, change of clothes in her bag, a receipt from a convenience store stamped 28 hours ago."

"It looks like she ran away." Ana sighed, crossing her arms. "And no one from Brady ever reported her gone."

"In 2015, my officers responded to Brady 185 times. Habitual runaways, ODs, suicide attempts, violence." Trudy listed, reading from a file she had brought with her. "In the past 80 days, my officers have been called to Brady just 4 times."
