Miraculous Slumber Party

~Chapter 2~

"Yes yes! I'm fine!" Marinette said rubbing the back of her neck, "Just talking to myself! Hehe!"

"Oh! Okay," he said and smiled at her.

ahhhhhh... he smiled at me with his gorgeous green eyes. ahhhhhh..... Marinette sighs and is snapped out of her dream to here Rose squeal.

"Oooh, Chloe! Who am I?"

"Just wait a second and I'll get to it!" snapped Chloe and continues.

"Alya Fox. Kim Snake. Max Monkey. Nathanael Rooster."

Marinette flicked a glance at Alya, but she seemed to be keeping her cool.

"Nino Turtle. Marc Horse."

"Sick Dude!" Nino covers, "I've always wanted to be a turtle!" and then he sneaks a cheeky grin at Alya.

These two are pros! I'm so glad I can trust them!

"Rose Bunny. Juleka Pig. Alix Dragon. Mylene Mouse."

Marinette gulps, she is the last one left.

"Marinette," Chloe stops and gives her a sideways glance, "Ladybug." and then she slams the list on the table, "You will go by the names of your animal I gave you. Not all this silly fake name stuff!

"So," Fox says to Turtle, "This is gonna be fun isn't it!" and hints towards Ladybug and Cat. They are sitting on the big couch behind Turtle and Marinette is laughing at Cat's joke.

Turtle nods, "From now on! I am, DJ Turtle!"

Fox smacks her head, "Chloe said only animal names!"

"Don't you mean Queen Bee?" Turtle smirks at Fox.

Rolling her eyes, Fox's attention turns back to her bestfriend, I wish they would hurry up and get together! She thinks.

"Ok people!" Chloe says drawing the attention back to her, "Here are your 'Miraculouses'." she is holding a box and hands them all different coloured armbands with their animal name inscribed on it.

"Now if someone says someone else's real name, and you catch them out. Then you can take their 'miraculous'. The person with the most 'Miraculouses' before dinner wins!" Chloe explains.

Marinette looked at the big fancy clock on the wall. 2:47.

For a couple of minutes the chit-chat was small because most people were nervous of losing their 'miraculous', but after Snake fell on his face trying to balance on a stack of plastic cups, there was a bit of relaxation.

Fox and Ladybug were at the snack table and Fox said, "Don't you think Ivan would suit the ox miraculous?"

"Ha gotcha!" Ladybug said triumphantly putting her hand out for Fox's 'miraculous', "You said Ivan, not Ox!"

Fox looked at her and giggled. Ladybug smacked her head and handed the 'miraculous' back.

"What?!" said Dragon from behind them, "Pig already has, Bunny, Ox, Turtle, and Mouse's 'Miraculouses'!"

"Wow. Good naming Dragon!" said Ladybug.

"Thanks! I know how to keep my mouth shut!" Dragon said grinning.

An hour passed and there had been a bit of switching 'Miraculouses'.

Pig: 5. Peacock: 3. Dragon: 2. Cat: 1. Ladybug: 1. Turtle: 0. Bunny: 0. Bee: 0. Rooster: 0.
Monkey: 0. Ox: 0. Mouse: 0. Snake: 0. Horse: 0.

"Okay let's play a game! Maybe then some 'Miraculouses' will be exchanged," Fox suggested and everyone agreed.

"Any game suggestions?" asked Cat after a silence.

"The flirting game!" Dragon said, "I'll be the judge!"

"How do we play?" asked Bunny as all the friends sat down in a circle.

"Dragon will call out pairs and they have to flirt with each other and whoever blushes first loses!" Fox explains and Pig gives her the thumbs up.
