When we had arrived at the agency I had a sense of relief and also worry. I didn't wanna be too late and have to walk in and see jay laying there hurt or worse killed. I picked out my phone from the car and rang him again, hoping he would answer and tell me everything was a big misunderstanding and how he and everyone else was safe.
" hun, you need to stop ringing his phone. He might of left it in his room. But,If he does have it on him you calling it is just going to get him into more trouble with the people who captured them." My mother said she had this serious look on her face and she looked ready for action and it made me scared.
Not of my Mother, but of the situation this is a women who wanted nothing to do with the agency anymore after the agents inside right now threatened to kill her child and the rest of her family. This shown how serious everything was as they both came to help, showing me these two agents Jack and Mary meant business and they won't go down without a fight.
" I don't get it." I heard my father say. He had been lost in thought the whole way to the city. He now had his fingers on his chin and rubbing it side to side. He was trying to figure everything out." why would they get themselves caught? They've gone so many years without being caught, I mean other then that year with you Mel but they was never turned in or seen as suspicious to anyone else." The agent side of my father had made an appearance, it was one of the only time I had seen him so serious. Despite that what he said made sense. They was put off by grandfather as a suspect to look at even after my mother found them in action.
" clearly they don't need to hide anymore. They have all they want. Think of it like chess. They are certain moves you can do until someone is dominating the board and there is no more moves. Except for one, the Devine move." I said my voice void of emotion.Divine move.. it would be risky for them to take this move but they have already took their risk. They took the step and now it was time.. for us to try and take back the board.
