13|| Road Trip

"I love you, Marinette."

"Wait, what?"

Shit. Did I just imagine myself telling Mari I love her? I can't tell her that yet!

I flip Marinette around to where I was on top of her now, I trace my kisses from her lips to her neck.

"Don't." She says.

"Why?"

"Because someone could see it."

I smile and pull down her shirt to see the outline of her pink-lace bra, "Nobody but me will ever see it here."

She smiled as a "yes" I kissed and left a mark just above where her bra reached. I could tell she took pleasure in what we were doing and so was I.

I can't believe this is actually happening right now. Like, yes, we've kissed a few times but it's never been anything even close to what we're doing now. Her hands are pulling my hair and my mind is going in a million different directions right now.

*beep*

This better not be who I think it is texting me.

I try to continue kissing Mari but, she pushed my face away, "You should probably answer that."

"But- This?"

She scowled at me, "Look at your phone."

I grab my staff off my back and see a message from Viperion, demanding to meet now. Though I don't like these stupid threats, he knows the one thing that ensures me staying true to my word.

"I- I have to go..."

"That's unfortunate." Mari scoffs.

I sat up and so did she, I don't really know what to say right now. I mean, just because we made out once doesn't really mean anything. Like- It does but, it doesn't mean she likes me, right? I know she likes Adrien... I think she likes him- me but, it's all so confusing.

"I'll be back tonight, okay."

"Okay."

She doesn't seem to even be phased by what just happened. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing, to be honest, usually, Marinette is easy to read but, I can't tell if she wants to talk about it or not.

*ringing*

"The fuck you do want?!" I blurt.

"Meet at mine, asshole," Luka says.

"Five minutes." I really hate this guy.

Luka hung up and Marinette stayed staring at me, "Where are you going?"

"Little meeting. That's all, Princess."

Marinette pulled me into a kiss, "Okay, that's fine."

"Why are you being like this?" I didn't mean to say it like that. It just came out, I didn't mean for it to sound rude.

"I-I..." It seems Mari finally put thought into what just happened. I don't even think she understands why whatever just happened... Happened, "We don't have to talk about it." I smile.

"I'm- I'm sorry, Chat Noir."

I open the loft door, "No sweat. I'll be back later."

As I ran to Luka's, I feel kind of guilty about everything with Mari. I love her and I know that but, what if she really does have feelings for Adrien and Chat Noir is just complicating things?

"Claws in."

"Woah, Lover boy, you've got some issues." Plagg snarked, "I mean, she likes Adrien and Chat Noir?! The love square finally flipped!"
