Lee heeseung loves you and you love him too. But it's different when the boy you love has a dream that doesn't require you.
You were watching a movie together, cuddling in each others arms on the sofa while holding hands. You stared at his huge hand that's intertwined with yours, he gently caressed it making you look at his face,his eyes met yours and a smile immediately formed in his lips. You pursed your lips looking away to stare at the floor.
"Heeseung." You call his name, he hummed in response,holding your hand tighter.
"Let's break up." The smile on heeseung's face vanished and his hold in your loosened.
"W-what are you talking about Y/n?" Your heart broke at his confused response, he's shaking and it's hurting you.
You removed your hand from his standing up from your seat. He immediately reach to held it again, pulling you to look at him.
His eyes were watering from tears.
"L-love, you're pranking me right?" He pulled you to hug you, resting his face on your tummy. You closed your eyes tightly and tears started to fall in your eyes.
"This won't work hee." You felt him shaking his head in disagreement.
"No. No. Don't leave me. Y/n please, don't do this to me." You removed his arms on your waist looking directly at him.
"Look. I fell out of love hee, I'm sorry but I can't be with a man I don't love."
"No! Y/n! No! I-it's fine with me even if you don't love me! J-just don't leave me." You wiped your tears away looking at him with the coldest gaze you could ever make.
"You're making a fool of yourself heeseung. Don't you pity yourself? Please. Stop." His arms dropped and his heart was torned apart. You started to walk away, your breath hitches like you were being strangled as you hear his sobs. You didn't dare to look back at him again because you were afraid you'll only run back to him.
You already made your decision, you'll leave him and he'll follow his dreams. Heeseung stood up to follow you but he only witnessed how you closed the door, the same door he used to open greeting you with a huge smile to give you a hug but there he was left heart broken dropping to his knees, only the cold floor and pain was embracing him.
He cried harder, he knew you were lying. He knows how much you love him, that you love him so much enough to leave him so he can follow his dreams and he can't do anything about it.
Heeseung opened his eyes, tears were flowing down his cheeks. He can't forget about that night. He can't forget about you . Everytime he closes his eyes he remembers you, the times you were still together and the night you left him.
You were the whole reason for his countless sleepless nights,the reason behind his insomnia.
