The Lost Memories

The First Encounter

---Narrator---
Near a clear river, a cute, pink coloured hair princess is playing with her friend, also a princess from nearby country. They make each other a flower crown and put them on their heads. They laugh when they see how childish they are. From the other side of the river, an exhausted man walks slowly towards the river before he faints.

The princesses are shocked when they see the man fainted. They cross the river, as the river is shallow, to help the pity man. The white haired princess put the man's head on her laps as her best friend cups a water using her hands and give it to the man to drink. The man slowly drink the water. They both glad seeing the man is still able to drink the water.

The man feature is horrible, scratches are all over his body, dirt can be found on his hair and face and his clothes was torn and full of dirt too. The man muttering something in low voice before he fainted again. Both princesses look at each other and nod. The muscular, white haired princess carry him on her back as the other princess follow behind her, making sure he won't fall.

I was playing with Milhi when suddenly we both saw a man fainted across the river. He looks terrible so Milhi and I decided to bring back him to my castle, since it is the nearest place for us to go. I carry him on the back because Milhi is unable to carry him anyway. We take the fastest route to the castle and arrive in front of the gate 20 minutes later. To be honest, it is a tiring journey but! This is a duty as an Empress!

The guards quickly open the gate when they see us. Some of them also offer to help to carry the man but I refuse them nicely. A good Empress can handle this kind of thing! Milhi still following me, watching the man's back closely. I tell Milhi to get the doctors while I put the unconcious guy on my bed. I-It's not what you think it is! My bed is the most comfort to rest. A hurt person need a rest, so a comfort bed is essential, yeah!

Milhi still don't come back yet with the doctors. Maybe she is lost? But that is impossible. She always come here often so, it is impossible for her to get lost in this castle. I shook my head, throwing out the thought. The man murmurs something. I quickly sit next to him, to listen what he was murmuring. "Save..." is the only word that I can hear. I use my hand to gently brush off the dirt from his hair and face. I can't help but to pinch his face. He groans in response to my pinch. I giggle when he made such a cute reaction. I continue carressing his hair gently and then Milhi slam the door open. Blushing hardly, I quickly pull off my hand from that man. Milhi and the doctor look at each other with a grin before look at me.

I finally found a doctor after searching for them in almost of the room. I briefly explained the current situation to him and he packed his things instantly. I brought him into Leo's room, the place she told me to bring the doctor. Not thinking twice, I quickly slam the door open just to find that she is having a lovey dovey time with the guy we were trying the safe.

The doctor and I look at each other with a big grin and then look at Leo's blushing face. Her blushing face is soooo adorable. I wish I could show it to you. Leo quickly shook off his head, throwing all her embarassment. The doctor excuse himself to check that man. After checking up his pulse, breathing rate and body temperature, the doctor shook his head. "Don't worry, he is fine. He just exhausted." he explains. Leo and I quickly high five with each other, feeling happy we just save a life. We thank the doctor for checking him. The doctor excuse himself and go back to his post. As for us, we sit next to the exhausted man, waiting for him to open his eyes.
