hope's pov sunday, january 17th
"let go, bil," i murmured. "i've got to get up and get dressed."
"five more minutes." she told me in a sleepy voice as she wrapped her arms around me tighter.
"okay, but only five minutes." i agreed.
my phone started ringing, so i grabbed it to see who it was. i answered it when i saw that it was lexi.
"ayo," she greeted. "i'm coming to your house to steal some of your clothes because i love your style. then after that, we can walk next door to kaiden's, and he can take us to the park in his jeep."
this past friday, everybody agreed to go to the park, have a picnic, and just hang out. i'm honestly really excited.
"alright, that sounds good." i said as i heard her grab her keys.
"yuh! see you then."
"see ya!"
i ended the call and then ran my hand through billie's hair as i waited for the five minutes to be up. once it was, i told her so that she could get up.
"here, i've got some of your clothes here." i told her as i pulled some of clothes out of a drawer.
she looked at the shirt and gasped. "yo, i've been looking for this shirt for the past two months!"
my eyes widened. i quickly slipped out of my room and went downstairs.
i went to the kitchen and grabbed a granola bar. i took a bite, then went to open to the door as i heard the doorbell ring.
"'morning." i smiled at lexi.
"good morning." she greeted. she reached a hand out and grabbed a piece of my granola bar. i stared at it for a moment before just shrugging it off and going upstairs with her.
we walked into my room. i looked at billie, who had already gotten dressed.
"you look fine as hell." i complimented.
"thank you." she grinned. she then turned to lexi. "hi, lex."
"hola."
me and lexi then went to my closet to pick something out to wear. i picked out a green crop top along with some black pants. i then fixed my hair into a bun.
after me and lexi were dressed, we all walked over to kaiden's house. once he was ready, we all got into his jeep and headed to the park.

"claudia!" i smiled widely as i brought the taller girl into a hug.
"hope!" she matched my energy. "hi! how have you been?"
