2. Startled

Elizabeth's POV
When I caught those grey eyes who happen to belong to Draco Malfoy I couldn't look away it was like if he had me in a staring contest we didn't look away until Blaise told Draco something I was a little to far away to hear what it was but I saw that they got up and left. That's when I realized that the sorting ceremony and dinner was over, "Elle let's go, we can go to our dorms" said Daphne. I got up and Daphne,Pansy and I walked out of the great hall. We arrived to the Common room and thats when we bumped into Daphne sister Astoria. Don't get me wrong I love Daphne but one thing I hate is that she is related to Astoria,this girl always get on my nerves I swear I'm going to kill her one day, "oh hey girls and Elle" said Astoria, "you have no right to call me Elle it's Elizabeth to you Astoria now if you excuse us we need to go to our dorms so MOVE" I said, she scoffed and moved out of the way.
We all had our own dorms but we were all in the same hallway one hallways for the girls and the other for the boys. I got everything settled in put all my clothes up, and decorated my dorm well mostly my bed. I went into my bathroom and got ready to go sleep. After I got ready I went into my bed and tried to fall asleep.
I kept tossing and turning, I always have a hard time falling asleep the first night, I decided I go to the common room and relax a little bit. I got out of my dorm quietly trying not to make a lot of noise. I got to the common room and sat in the couch and started reading a book, "What are you doing up this late?" I got startled by the voice I turned around and saw messy platinum hair and my eyes meet those grey ones it was Draco.
Draco POV:
It was about 1am and I couldn't sleep so I decided to go to the Common room and hang out for a while till I got tired.
I walked to the common room and that's when I saw her... Elizabeth "what are you doing up this late" I asked, I'm guessing she got scared cause she jumped then realized it was me, "Draco you scared the shit out me and I could ask the same to you ,"  I chuckled " I asked you first so what are you doing here this late" I asked again, she signed and responded "I couldn't sleep so I came here to read, so answer my question what are you doing here." I sat down next to her and said "same reason why you are here,"
Narrator POV:
Draco and Elizabeth were just in an awkward silence until Elizabeth broke the silence "To be honest I don't know why our parents keep saying that we are forbidden to talk to each other like they do realize we are in the same house and hang out with the same people," Draco responded by saying "yeah it's stupid,I don't know why they forbidden us from talking to each other." Both Draco and Elizabeth just started talking to each other and just hanging. All of a sudden they both just stopped talking and looked at each other's eyes but also glancing at their lips, they started to lean in and got closer and closer and then....
