46. Its not safe anymore.

~A WEEK LATER~

NARRATOR POV:
Elle was heartbroken, Draco has been gone for about a week and it wasn't easy, just when her life was getting back together it was being crushed again, worst thing is, Hogwarts isn't safe anymore. I mean everyone knew that it wasn't gonna be easy since 4th year when Voldemort came back. But now that it's happening it's scary, Harry, Ron and Hermione have left that same night that Draco left. They needed to find the other horcruxes. The War was coming. Sooner or later everyone knew that the Second Wizarding War begun.

Elle was in her room with a lot of books she was trying to teach herself some defensive spells she is going to fight in this war no matter what happens. She was reading when there's was a knock on her door "come in" she yelled "hey Elle" said Blaise as he entered her room. "Hey Blaise what's up" she said "I wanted to talk to you about Draco" he said Elle stopped reading and looked up at him "Blaise I-"

"Elle look i know you say your fine but I need to tell you something, one night Draco showed Theo and I his mark and told us his task which was fix that vanishing cabinet thing and to kill Dumbledore" said Blaise

Elizabeth's breath hit caught in her throat "he told me he was going to tell you about his mark but not about killing Dumbledore, he didn't want to tell you because he thought you might hate him" he said "anyways he told me to promise him that I'll be there for you and I am so if you need to talk to me Elle I'm here, he's your boyfriend and all but he's my bestfriend so I know how you feel" he said. Elizabeth smiled and gave Blaise a hug and he hugged her back.

"Hey El-" "oh hey Blaise" said Pansy, Blaise and Elle stopped hugging Elizabeth wiped some tears away "are you okay" said Pansy "yeah I'm okay" she said "anyways- wow Elle have you read all this books??" said Pansy "not all I mean we all it's not safe at Hogwarts anymore so I did some digging and I'm trying to learn some defensive spells I mean we should all be ready for anything right, we don't know when this war will start" said Elizabeth

"Elle you are fighting in the war" said Pansy "of course I am aren't you?" asked Elizabeth "I don't know I mean Elle I don't want to die" said Pansy "we are not gonna die, okay we will do everything we can okay" said Elizabeth "now I'm gonna keep teaching myself" said Elizabeth as she sat back down and started reading "then we will help" said Blaise "Pansy call the rest in here" said Blaise and Elizabeth smiled, Pansy called everyone in Elizabeth's room and they started searching up important information.

After Hours and Hours they found a good information and spells that they will need to learn. "Well we have time to practice and master this spells, we will start tomorrow, but let's go get dinner Im hungry" said Theo and we all laughed, "let's go" said Elizabeth. They all walked to the Great Hall for dinner, they all looked at each other, they knew Hogwarts changed it didn't give the welcoming feelings anymore it was just dark, and gloomy no feeling.

They all sat down and ate the Great Hall was silent all you could here is people breathing and whispers from other houses all looking at the Slytherin table. The Slytherins didn't even bother to look at them they just kept eating and when they were done they got up and left not even looking back. Elizabeth and the others finished eating, got up and left Elle looked back at the Slytherin table they are just missing one person. Draco. She sighed and left the Great Hall.

They entered the common room "well everyone literally hates us" said Daphne "no they just don't know how to not stare blaming everything on us cause we are Slytherins we are "evil" said Elizabeth. "Anyways Im tired i need to get some sleep" she said and everyone nodded "goodnight you guys" said Pansy "goodnight"

Elizabeth finished showering and changed into some sweatpants and one of Draco's shirts. She was about to get in bed when there was a tap on her window she opened her curtains and saw that there was an owl holding a letter. It was her parents owl, she opened the window letting the owl come in. She grabbed the letter and gave the owl some food while she opened the letter.

Elizabeth scoffed at the letter and threw it away, there was no way she was gonna go home. As much as Hogwarts doesn't feel like home it's the closes thing that feels like home because her own house doesn't feel like home at all. She grabbed her quill and a a piece of parchment paper and started writing.

Elizabeth closed the letter in an envelope, she gave it to the owl and patted his head and sent him off. She put everything away and went to bed, to finally get some sleep.

A/N: Well you guys we have 4 chapters left or maybe 3 and we are done!!! So exciting to finally finish the book anyways next chapter will be almost the war if that makes any since probably doesn't but you know what I mean.
