Narrator POV: It was the morning of the New Year's Ball, Elizabeth was still asleep until she heard a soft knock on her door "Elle, honey wake up we have a lot of stuff to do before we go to the ball" said Aurelia. Elizabeth just groaned,Aurelia steped in her room and said "Elizabeth Grace Aphrodite, wake up this instance" "okay okay im up no need to yell" said Elizabeth. "good. now get ready we have a few things to do before the ball" said Aurelia and Elizabeth nodded as she got up and Aurelia left her room.
Elizabeth decided to shower early. When she got out she did her skin care and got ready for the day. She went downstairs making her way to the dinning room where breakfast was served. "Good morning" said Gabriel "good morning father" she responded as she sat down. They all ate breakfast after breakfast Elizabeth and Aurelia went out to get their nails done for the New years ball.
Elizabeth POV: "Mother is it okay if I go out with my friends before we start getting ready for the new years ball its still early pleaseee" I begged "mmm okay fine but be home early so you still have a good amount of time to get ready" my mom responded and I nodded, I went up to my room and sent a letter to my friends seeing if they can hang out before the ball. A few minutes later I got a response from all of them and agreed to meet at the same muggle cafe we meet a few days ago. I freshend up and made my way to the muggle cafe my parents better not find out were im at, I would probably be dead if they heard I was at a muggle cafe.
I was the first to arrive and later on everyone started arriving "hey guys" said Theo "so Pans when does the ball start again" asked Daphne "7pm it starts" responde Pansy "so how was yall Christmas" asked Blaise "It was good thanks for the gifts they were great" I said while smiling.
We got out coffee and sat down and talk I couldn't help but stare at dracos hand that's when I noticed the snake ring I got him I grabbed his hand and said "you are wearing the ring I got you" "of course I'll be wearing it" he responded and that when I noticed his other ring something seemed familiar about it I looked down at my own hand and realized it's the same ring but his is black mine sliver and my wording says "His always" and his ring says "Her forever" I made eye contact with him "I told you we would be matching" he whispered in my ear, my heart ached for him god he is the sweetest I wish I could just tell him how much I love him... but I think it's too soon.

Well all kept talking until I said "I think it's time for us to go" and the girls agreed "wait what but it's barely 3 the party doesn't start till 7" said Blaise, me and the girls giggled "clearly you all don't know us, well us girls need time to get ready and by that I mean we need as much time as possible" said Daphne, while the guys looked confused but let it go "okay fine see you all later then" said Theo and we all parted ways.
Back Home~~ I arrived home and my mother was waiting for me "oh good you are right in time let's go get ready" said my mother. I went up to my room showered after I got out I started with my hair and make up that in total took 2 hours it was 5pm now all I have is an hour to finish getting ready and leaving the manor to go to the Parkinson's Manor in time. I got my dress and shoes on and I was ready.
