17. Potions

Next Morning~~

Elle POV:
I woke up to someone shaking me, I opened my eyes and saw that Blaise and the others were in Draco's dorm Draco had his hands on my waist holding me tight while his head on my chest and I had my hands wrapped around his neck while my head was on top of his. "wakey wakey love birds" said Theo I chuckled at this and Draco just groaned in annoyance and he just kept cuddling me and buried his head deeper in my chest, Blaise pulled the blanket off of us the cold air hitting my skin sending me chills, I was only wearing one of Draco's shirts and he was just wearing his sweatpants Draco quickly jolted up at this and covered me up."oh my bad" said Blaise while Draco just rolled his eyes "you guys should get ready soon breakfast is about to start" said Theo I got up and everyone was staring at me and Draco sent the guys a death stare and they quickly looked away, I walked over to Draco's dresser and got my uniform and went to the bathroom. A few minutes later Draco came in with his uniform in his hands and started changing and I continued getting ready.

At the Great Hall~~

Narrator POV:
Elizabeth and everyone walked to the great hall for breakfast when they arrived they sat down and started eating and talking and having fun. Elizabeth started to zone out she was thinking about what she told Hermione and the others yesterday at the library she is scared of them accidentally spilling it out or someone overheard their conversation "Elle... Elle... hello earth to Elizabeth" said Daphne, that snapped Elle from her zone "oh sorry just zoned out" she said "you okay" asked Draco and she nodded. A little while after it was officially time for the first class of the day,today Elizabeth and the group had potions.

At Potions Classroom~~

Elle POV:
We all walked in to the Potions classroom, great it's a Monday and we have potions as my first class I thought to myself, I sat down at my table where I have to be right next to bloody Astoria great. Before my thoughts could go on Professor Slughorn started talking "today we will be learning about the Draught of Living Death,who every does this potion correctly and finished first wins a bottle of Felix Felicis now who can tell me what Felix Felicis is and what it is also known for" Hermione,Astoria and I raised our hands, Slughorn looked at me and said "Mrs Aphrodite" "the Felix Felicis is also known as the Liquid luck it's allows luck for a period of time to whoever drinks it" I responded "very good Mrs Aphrodite 5 points to slytherin" said Slughorn. "Okay now we are going to brew the Draught of Living Death if you don't have a potions book go to that cabinet" he said while pointing to the cabinet, I didn't have my book because I left it in my dorm sense I've been sleeping with Draco the past 2 days, so I went to the cabinet and their was only 1 book left and it looked pretty old ugh great. I went back to my table and opened the book when I looked at it, there was other instructions it was like  the ones that were printed on the book were incorrect and the ones written down were the correct ones I saw that a lot of people were having trouble brewing the potion so I turned to the page of the potion we were doing and followed the ones that were written down, after some time I realized I was finished with the potion everyone was still having a lot of trouble trying to brew the potion. I raised my hand and professor Slughorn walked over to me "let's see Mrs Aphrodite" he examined my potion "well done Mrs Aphrodite, you've done it here you go Mrs Aphrodite you win the Felix Felicis" everyone clapped and cheered well some people. Slughorn gave me the bottle of Felix Felicis and it was perfect timing the class was officially over we all gathered our belongings when I closed the book that I borrowed I saw that it said "the half blood prince" strange I thought to myself but just ignored it and I left the classroom "Elle how did you do it" asked Hermione as she came up to me and the group "umm well I just got the Sopophorous bean and crushed it with a sliver dagger instead of cutting it and I stirred anticlockwise 7 times and clockwise once" I said "but that's not what the instructions said" said Hermione "I know but I saw that other people kept getting it wrong so I just tried something different and it worked" I lied not wanting to tell them about the book, and we all just headed to the rest of our classes.
