39.Suspicious

~Nᴇxᴛ Mᴏʀɴɪɴɢ~

Eʟɪᴢᴀʙᴇᴛʜ ᴘᴏᴠ:
I woke up to the sound of my alarm. Great I actually have classes today. I got up went to the bathroom washed my face, did my skin care, I changed into my uniform and I did my hair. I got out of my room and saw that Pansy and Daphne were waiting for me "good morning, ready for a long day" said Pansy "yup. Definitely." I said as Daphne and Pansy giggled. "Let's head to breakfast the boys are there already" said Daphne and I nodded.

We entered the Great Hall and sat at the Slytherin table. "Good morning guys" I said and the all said "morning" as we were all eating Draco came in a little bit late  than usual he looked different. Like he didn't get sleep last night. "Good morning" said Blaise and Draco just nodded. I looked at him suspiciously he caught me staring and I quickly looked away from the corner of my eye I saw him smile for a split second.

We all finished with our breakfast and today w we all had charms first so we  made our way to class. When I was walking Michael Corner came up to me "hey Elle" he said "oh Michael. Um hi" I said awkwardly "so how you been" he asked "oh me yeah I'm doing good" I said "that's good .

"Hey I was wondering if you had free time today to study at the library I kinda need help with potions and you are pretty good at it" he said "oh- uh- umm- I guess I can make-"
"Okay great I'll see you later in the library don't be late" he said as he winked at me before leaving. I heard small giggles behind me "don't even." I said

"okay i'Ll sEe yOu LaTeR dOn'T bE LaTe" mocked Pansy "stopppp" I said "I didn't know what to say he technically didn't give me a choice " I said "let's head to class before we are late and get in trouble" I said. We all entered the Charms classroom and we sat down and started with the class.

~At Lunch~
Eʟɪᴢᴀʙᴇᴛʜ ᴘᴏᴠ:
We were all at lunch except for Draco. I wonder where he could be. "Hey guys I'm gonna go to the loo" I said and they nodded. I got out of the Great Hall I went to look for Draco. I tried looking for him but I couldn't find him. He's been acting very suspicious lately. I gave up and decided to go back to the Great Hall I didn't want them to get suspicious of me. When I entered the Great Hall I noticed Draco was already sitting at the table eating. How? What? I literally checked everywhere I couldn't have missed him. Strange.

~After school~
Eʟɪᴢᴀʙᴇᴛʜ ᴘᴏᴠ:
I continued with my day until I had to go meet Michael at the library to help him study. I changed into some sweatpants and tank top with a jacket. I put my hair in a bun and got my books and got out of my room to find my friends in the common room talking "you look cute" said Daphne "really I'm literally wearing sweats" I said

"so you still look cute, are you trying to look good for Michael" said Pansy teasingly "OF COURSE NOT, pans are you crazy. Look Michael is umm great and all but uhhh he's yk not my type" I said "i know Elle I'm just teasing" said Pansy "well I'll get going I'll be back in a bit hopefully" I said

"good luck" said Theo " thanks I'll be needing it" I left the common room and went to the library. "Hey beautiful" said Michael "oh hey Michael" I said "so should we start" I said and he nodded. We sat down and I asked him what he was bad at. I started tutoring him literally.
I started to notice that he wasn't paying much attention he just kept staring at me. I felt very uncomfortable.

"So you will have-" I stopped talking because his hand went up to my thigh I pushed it away but he kept putting his hand on my thing "umm Michael please stop" I asked "oh come on have a little fun you've been tutoring me for so long let's take a break we could go back to my dorm and you know" he said, okay what the hell was wrong with this guy "no I think I'll go to bed actually, bye Michael" I said but before I could go he grabbed my hand and pinned me against a bookshelf

"no you will not leave until I get what I want" he said "no let me go" I said trying to get out of his grip "let me go please" I said almost crying. "No" "please Michael let me go" I said "no." He said "please" "j-just let me go please" I cried out. "Not a chance gorgeous" "She said let her go" said voice I recognized "oh well well hello Malfoy, come to save your little girlfriend or should I say ex girlfriend" he said "let her the fuck go Corner" Draco repeated

"but look at her she's enjoying this aren't you lovely" I couldn't answer I was terrified "Let her go Corner last time I laid hands on you it didn't look pretty" threaten Draco "but she's having fun" said Corner. "That's fucking it" Draco snapped and punched Michael to the floor he kept punching him repeatedly "I said stay the fuck away to let her go and you don't listen" sneered Draco as he continued to punch him"and you think it's okay to send her fucking flowers. HuH? She's mine Corner. Mine" he said he finally let Micheal.

Michael got his stuff and left the library. Draco turned to me and he pulled me to him hugging me "it's okay, you are okay. Your safe with me" he said trying to comfort me. After a few minutes he pulled away from the hug and looked at me and wiped my tears we kept the eye contact not breaking it and we started leaning in. Our lips were not even centimeters away. He stopped leaning in and just started at me. "T-thank you Draco" I said softly "of course lo-Elle" he corrected himself.

He took a deep breath he backed up and said "let's go to bed you need to sleep" "yeah, good idea" I said, why? Why did he back out? We were so close. I miss his lips. I miss everything about him.

We entered the common room Im glad that our friends were asleep if not they would be going crazy right now. He walked me to my room I opened my door he handed me my books I put them on my shelf and I turned around "Draco wait" I said.

He turned around "thank you again really I don't know what would of happen if you weren't there" I said and he smiled before saying "of course Elle your welcome, sleep well" he said. Before he could walk away I got a hold of his arm and pulled him back and gave him a kiss on the check "goodnight Draco" I smiled at him and he smiled before he kissed my forehead "goodnight darling" I watched him enter his room and I closed my door "goodnight darling" that kept repeating in my head. I went to bed with a big smile. Merlin the way he made me feel.
